I would use Bill’s Pest & Termite again. Jonathan was my service man he showed up on time did a good job, explaining what kind of things he was looking for and was just a nice guy representing his company well. I hadn’t use Bill’s before, I called a different company and they told me they didn’t do inspections and they recommend Bill’s to me, and I would recommend them too! Thanks.

My family and I have been using Alex for over a year now. We had him first come out last year in November and just this month had to call him to come back. Had a roof rat problem that other companies couldn’t fix, only Burns was able to completely eliminate the problem. It’s been over 6 months and haven’t had any rats return. I am so relieved and grateful to be able to sleep well at night, thanks for burns!!!

Excellent affordable service! He responded to my home and treated everywhere. He even educated me on everything he was doing along the way. There have been significantly less pests on my property since the treatment and I have noticed many dead bugs on the perimeter. Will use him again in the future.

Been with Envision for a year now. From the beginning Josh was very helpful getting service started at our home. Tyler our tech is amazing. He’s always communicating with a text when he will be arriving and let’s us know when he is finish too. He listens to any concerns we are having and addresses them. He takes his time and goes above and beyond. If we ever have any issues Becky is always helpful to get a tech out immediately to fix our pest issues. I highly recommend Envision!

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

I have had the pleasure of Scott coming to service our rental home for three different, unrelated, wasp issues, and each time, he has been super fast, and he takes the time to chat with me about the issue and I end up learning a lot. He is so kind and personable, and he really knows hits critters. While I don't like having pest issues, it is really nice when a person like Scott shows up to help me.
