It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. That was exactly alex. I am very grateful that I have found my pest control company for the future- I was absolutely blown away. Can’t even fit all my compliments in here.

Burns is an amazing company! They communicate with their customers, their prices are very reasonable, and the work is fantastic. We live in Sunnyslope, which sits on a giant scorpion nest. Thanks to Burns, we don't see those critters in our house.

Have had Insectek service for 3 years now, they are the best! From letting us know when they are going to arrive, to always asking if we are having any particular pest problems, their customer service and relations are top-notch.Tyler was at our house today and, while we usually have just outdoor service, he offered to spray the garage. He is very professional and courteous.We will be customers of Insectek for the foreseeable future. Not that we are contracted beyond the current service period (there is no long-term contract with them), we just appreciate great service!

Travis was on time and did a exceptional job. He explained everything to me and follow thru with the plan. Trap and disposed the rodents, barricade the area so no future return. Cleaned up the area and sanitized. I was thrilled with him from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company and especially, Travis

When Craig comes every other month he has been very knowledgeable & polite. When we have a question he always answers and never makes us feel stupid.Jason came in 7/15/19 to do a termite inspection and he was also wonderful. We even had some questions about need and he was wonderful with his answers and very knowledgeable.We have been extremely pleased with the people at Western Exterminator. I would always recommend them.

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.

Extremely proactive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. And they answer the phone if you call. No hour wait on hold to talk to a real person!!!

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
