We had Urban Desert Pest Control did a termite treatment for our house this week. We had a little problem with their scheduling in the beginning. But the technician, Matt, was wonderful. He was on time, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly and took his time to make sure everything was done right. We are very happy with the service that Matt provided. If anyone needs termite treatment, I would definitely recommend Matt.

I have been using them for over a year and they are great. I haven't had any issues since I started with them and they are always friendly and helpful. Today I had a technician named Cameron he was very efficient, nice and did a great job. Don;t hesitate to call these guys if you need pest control.

We had a small issue with a migratory bug, that seemed to be gone by the time Alex came out, but we wanted to have prevention from anything coming around my home in the near future. Alex was recommended to me and I had a great experience as he was thorough before and after the treatment around my home. Great attitude and focused on making sure we felt value in the service. Pretty great!

As a tenant of the apartment complex I am at, I called the company to try getting an idea of when they would be here for the scheduled treatment. Of course, I would like to know when they are going to be here, because we are supposed to leave the apartment for when they do treatment. However, when I called they said as part of their contract with the apartment building they could not give me that information. Excuse me? I then told the lady on the phone that it didn't make any sense, and she was VERY rude. This makes no sense considering I have to pay for the treatment, and my apartment does not. I am calling management, and doing something about this.

Dan has been the man & is always more than willing to tackle any problem you might be having..he goes beyond the call of spray & go, he'll inquire if you have any other problems or questions..Most polite, & very thorough, & always there when he says he will be...& it always smells nice when they've finished...

I have been dealing with Western Exterminator since they found and treated both subterranean and dry wood termites in my house 8 years ago. I have always found them to deliver quality service. If I call between times about bugs or ants, they come out and treat without batting an eye. Seth has been my technician for a few years now. I like that stability of that too.

He came out to my home and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend using his services.

Robert is always such a professional. He seems to care about all my own concerns and really checks over my yard for issues. I have used them a long long time, and I sure appreciate his professionalism. He is not some over sprayer which I appreciate. I use them for their less toxic pest service.

Zack showed up today to do the normal maintenance on my house. He did a great job as usual and as always was professional and on time.
