Paulina (our technician) was very helpful in getting us set up with what we needed to establish service in our new home. She took the time to understand our needs and our lack of knowledge as new homeowners. Prior to leaving, she made sure I understood what was completed and what I needed to do while we are renovating. I will definitely be recommending Bills Pest & Termite to my friends looking for services.

Starting with AJ, and Jeremy, all phone calls promptly answeredAJ knew his stuff and Jeremy gave great advise on what I should do about my pest problems. I followed his advice and set up an appointment for his crew to come out ASAP. The crew was great, on time, knew what they were doing and even helped me move a couple of awkward pieces.Very happy with initial service. ask me again in 6months. I'm sure I will give another great review.

Trevor was polite and professional. He took time to take care of ants in my granddaughters room.

My experience with my exterminator is terrific. Price was ncreasesover last 2 1/2 years is not appreciated. That is why my neighbor Cindi Hann left the company. No notices just raises. Not a good business decision

This company is fabulous. Tyler came out on Thanksgiving to get rid of two rats in our attic. Great family owned company totally recommend.

Tyler was prompt, professional, and took his time getting the job done right. I called freaking out like anyone would when they find out they might have bed-bugs in their home. I called 4 nights in a row with several questions, most people would have rushed me through but they didn't, everyone I spoke with was so patient and kind, this was a difficult and frustrating process that they made so much easier and explained everything to me step by step, another company had said they'd be at my house for an hour and a half tops if they did the work, but Tyler scheduled out several hours to complete the job, I knew they weren't rushing through jobs but taking their time and getting the job done right the first time...! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Thank you guys again so much.

Rarely provided good service and good knowledge!

They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the warranty. After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their rented property out and cancel my warranty. So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

These guys are fantastic! I found 2 scorpions near my kids! I called them because they were referred by one of my friends and Adam was able to came out the same day. He used 3 different types of treatment around my house inside and out, was extremely professional and polite, and was cheaper than I expected! I will definitely be using them again and referring to my friends and family! Thank you bug science!

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

After experiencing a large rattlesnake in our backyard, and fear of our dogs being struck, we contacted Critter Control to receive an estimate on replacing our existing snake fence. The sales representative was friendly and professional. He also inspected areas around the house and in the attic for possible critter activity. The attic received a clean bill of health, but he pointed out where there had been activity on the exterior of the house, and places that need to be sealed. He provided separate estimates, and was not a high pressure or pushy sales person. I received other estimates, and Critter Control was by far the most reasonable, and affordable. The technician who removed the old snake fence and installed the new one was also extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to answer any questions I asked, and never appeared annoyed by my interruptions. I fully intend to use them in the future to do the other work I received an estimate on. I highly recommend Critter Control. John was the sales rep, and Ray was the technician. They were two of the nicest and most professional men I have dealt with in business since moving to AZ.

After having my appointment cancelled an hour before the scheduled time, the technician never even showed up to the second appointment. I was told via text message, “The 7:30am appointment is the first appointment of the day, so the technician will be there right at that time instead of the 2 hour window.” The phone number I received text messages from never responded and the phone on your website said it was out of service when I called for an update.

I have now wasted too much of my time waiting for your company.

You should be conducting better service than this.
