My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

About a year ago I contacted Arizona heat and pest services, We had found out we had bed bugs and I was a complete wreck! Chris got ahold of me within just a few minutes and listened and showed complete concern for the situation and understanding of how upset I was. He worked with us and quoted us very fairly. He came out did amazing work and we were so happy and able to sleep again. Here we are a year later calling on his work at my parents home and as before he was quick and ready to work! I reccomened this company to anybody and especially Chris as he has continued to be phenomenal! Thank you all for your hard work!

The same person comes to my house each month. I love the communication. The exterminator texts me the night before to let me know to expect them. They text me when they are on the property. They let me know of any concerns. I have used the same company for 13 years aand have been very happy.

We have had the best experience with them, their technicians are very helpful, especially Dave French, and very friendly. I would call them again and again. (Hopefully I won't need to!)They are also very knowledgeable. I called them because a swarm of bees was in my mother-in-law's tree and they let me know that usually they swarm around the queen and would fly away in a few hours and because bees are so important to the environment they didn't want to kill them if they didn't have to. So we waited and in an hour, they flew away just like they said they would and we didn't have to harm any bees. I would recommend City Wide to everyone I know!

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.
