Right before the holidays, I noticed some strange looking 'nail holes' in a bedroom closet and when I tried to pull the 'nail' out it disintegrated in my fingers. Showed them to my husband and we both knew what they were - termites! We immediately called a few companies to inspect our property and provide a quote. We decided on Bill's. The rep that came out to inspect was really friendly, professional, very informative and, while not cheap, very reasonably priced. The job was scheduled and completed in one day - on time and no mess. While finding termites in your home - especially during the holidays is a real bummer - it's always great to find a company that does their job so well! Highly recommend Bill's!

We've used Urban Desert before when we've had issues with various pests, staff is always friendly and can usually accommodate an appointment at short notice. Our Technician Matthew was very helpful is giving us advice on how we can deal with an influx of mosquitos we've seen in recent months and even pointed out a possible water leak that appears to be coming from our neighbors yard that was likely the root cause.

I love them! We had started seeing scorpions and since spraying we have only seen a couple and they all been dead. I'm sure even that'll improve the more spraying we do. Due to our area, scheduling gets a little difficult if they have to spray inside because they only come to our area couple times a month.

Matthew always does a great job. He is always on time, kind, and explains what he’s doing to get rid of pest problems. I have seen a HUGE difference on our property. Very happy with their services!
