They do a good job for pest control. If there's a problem between treatments they will come out and spray at no additional charge.

We gave Urban Desert Pest Control a call after fighting a never ending battle with ants in our backyard, and after finding a few scorpions inside. They were very quick to respond and schedule (I had called and texted after hours)Everyone was extremely friendly, and the exterminator that came out, Al, was VERY informative about giving tips I could do myself (that would actually work)I was extremely hesitant and dreading contacting pest control for fear of being way overcharged like other companies in that past. I am SO glad that I found this company and will continue to use, and recommend them with confidence. Our ant problem was cleared up within 24 hours and now my kids can play outside again.

Update 4/22Robert my technician always listens to my concerns and addresses them. I feel when he leaves I am protected! He is thorough and kind! I am very satisfied with my service.I have used Burns for years! I appreciate the speed they have when I call with weeds or bugs. My hoa i think stands in my yard waiting for a weed to grow do they can send me a letter! With all the rain my yard had 1 or 2 weeds I could pull easily while other yards have lots.Bugs... I think they are afraid of Tommy! He is the best. If I have an issue he addresses it right away! I always know he will take care of them.Dillon did a great job on my weeds and was so kind, communicating about all he was doing.Ben in billing was great to work with.I always know that my issues will be addressed and I am just as important as anyone else,.

We have used Arizona Organic for several years and have had the same technician, Dan for the entire time. We love that they use all natural, chemical free materials that are safe for humans, pets and wildlife. When Dan leaves, our front and backyard smells like cloves!

It's been about 2 months since I had AZ Heat Pest Services come out for bed bugs. Paul Porco came out to do an inspection and later came out to spray my home.
He was very friendly and professional. He explained the procedure, the guarantee and the cost thoroughly. There were no surprises. I am satisfied with the service. I have not seen any bed bugs in my home since it was sprayed.

We were not certain if we had roof rats or not and so we had the company come out and do an inspection. Great news, no rodents! Better news, great customer service!!
We will definitely use them again if we have any problems or questions.

My wife and I have had problems with roof rats for the past six years. We knew they came to this area because Scottsdale used to be dominated primarily by fruit orchards. Knowing this, we tried to eliminate the attractor by first removing the fruit trees on our property. Doubling our efforts, we then set traps and caught a few. A few weeks later, however, they came back. So, I called in the pros - and my first choice was Anteater. Shawn told me that rats are all over my area and that they travel. He said the only way to combat them is to continuously set bait. Anteater came out and set the locked bait traps around the house and behind our bushes . We now have a technician come back once a month to reload the traps. Our home is now rat-free and we're beyond grateful to have Anteater's help.

Techs are always friendly and professional. They discuss pest issues needing addressing each time and review their findings and what they did afterwards. I have been using Uni-Tech regularly for years and would recommend them. The price is reasonable, too.
