Blue Sky arrived last Saturday in the am. I was unaware of there arrival but my wife knew about it and forgot to tell me. I opened the rear gate for the representative so he could get to the back. We are using the organic sprays instead on the chemicals and have had no issues since we started with this.The representative was completed in about 15 minutes and arrived back at my front door and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I said no thanks and did you see anything on this property that needed immediate attention. I had told him that our neighbors had termites and he said that he didn't see any signs of them. We then wished each other Happy Holidays!!!

Brian came to perform pest services at my home today. He was amazing. He was very thorough with the service through out the inside of my house and garage, as well as, the backyard. When he was done with the services, he shared some interesting factoid about a Palo Verde beetle that he had seen during spraying. Then, he noticed my gate had been caught by the wind facing out, when it should be closing into the backyard. He graciously ask for a couple of tools and fixed the gate for me. The whole service, interesting bug factoid and quickly repairing my gate was SO above and beyond. Brian is quite an asset to Green Home Pest Control. I will highly recommend your services.

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

A person came to spray 2 of our homes. I specifically told him I had a problem with crickets, he said he would make sure to take care of it. In the 3 weeks I still had them as bad. I called and the gal said I was out of the warranty period. I plead with her that I didn't know how long it should take for the spray to have worked so I gave it time and 3 weeks was pretty long. She said she would call a Manager and get back to me and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. #dissapointed!

Called Insectek this morning after letting our other pest control company go. Explained to Morgan the extent of our massive scorpion problem and that the other company wasn't getting the job done. He was professional, polite, and asked me all the right questions. He was also able to work around one of the techs schedules so he could come out the same day. Enrique texted me when he was on his way. He showed up exactly when they said he would. When he arrived, he had already been briefed on our bug issues and we discussed what the service entailed and what both of our expectations are with treatment. I was throughly impressed with the inside and outside jobs, which also included de-webbing, which the former company did not do. Enrique went back to a spot that he noticed he had missed earlier and actually found a black widow and webs and took care of both. This review is based solely on my initial contact and first pest treatment. I am not able to say yet whether or not the scorpion population will decrease from treatment. That review is for a later date. I am hopeful though!Enrique was nothing but professional, knowledgable, and polite, same as my initial phone contact this morning. I look forward to continuing on with Insectek. Kudos to them for being so flexible as well! Many thanks!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.
