I recently had the pleasure of having TSM do my roof. We had a micro burst move a bunch of tiles and other damage. Not only did they come out and inspect it he worked with the insurance company and got it all done even when our insurance company was taking forever they were understanding. When our insurance company sent us the money The work was done right, done fast, and for a great price and a really nice experience. So would I recommend them, ? percent! It’s a nice thing when you can still find people that do what they say there going to do.

Very pleased with the service and results of my roofing project. The inspection for the quote covered just about everything, the crew showed up on time, worked with me for a last minute request, cleaned up exceptionally well every day, and even painted portions of the overhand that had to be replaced after I told them I was going to paint it later.
Very impressed, and will use Brown Roofing in the future.

To be clear I purchased the house with the roof under warranty so I can't speak on the installation process. Using the warranty I have had generally good customer service experiences. Only once was there an issue but it was probably just because I happened to call during a really busy time. A manager reached out to me later to clarify the issues.

I was contacted before the scheduled appointment and reminded of time and who would be performing work. The workers came promptly on time, performed work, cleaned up afterwards, and I was emailed photos of before and after work was done. A followup call confirmed that I was happy with the work done. I highly recommend Lyons Roofing as a quality and professional company to do business with.

I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

Patterson fully re-roofed my house 5 years ago. Last month, part of the roof fell apart in strong winds. I asked them for a repair and the cost. After asking me several questions, to which I replied, they ghosted me completely. Now I have to find a better company and pay hundreds to fix the shoddy work that they don't stand by.

UPDATE in response to business owner's comment. I replied to your last email on Feb. 17, 2023. You ignored it, and I followed up on Feb. 21 and Mar. 8 by email, no reply from you, and it didn't bounce back, so you did indeed receive a message from me. I'm glad to furnish copies as proof. But now you give me a phone number that you didn't answer and cannot accept voicemails because the mailbox is full. I affirm that I do not recommend this business.

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. The crew is professional, friendly and timely. Everything they promise is delivered and at a fair price and they leave no trace when they've finished the job. Highly recommend.

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. The owner was very respectful professional and did the job once and did the job right on our 200 year old National Historic Society landmark if I could choose 10 Stars I would I would recommend this company to anyone and family America's history deserves good quality craftsmanship like these guys have thank you 10 stars!

Jack and his company are standouts in a troubled industry. My experience is that they will do the right thing for the right reason I will recommend the to my best friend and their hardest critic. I believe Jack is more concered about doing the right thing than padding his pocket!
