Brown roofing was one of 3 contractors I received bids from. They were reasonably priced and offered 2 layers of underlayment. From my researching 2 layers is always the way to go to increase the longevity of the new roof. Dean managed my job from start to finish superbly. When replacing the roof they went the extra mile including placing metal caps to protect the wood fascia and replacing and painting new bird stops. I know others who have had there roof done and these extra steps were not done. They also upgraded my underlayment to the better 40lb material at no extra cost. All the workers were well mannered and once the job was done the cleanup left no trace of them being there. Bottom line is we got our tile roof redone at a great price, but with top notch materials and service.

These guys ROCK!! Very professional and easy to deal with. If anything ever went wrong they immediately told me and fixed the issue. Dave, Ron & Phil were great to work with and I will definitely use these guys in the future for other roofing needs. Thank you all for your hard work and efforts!

I had a small project and they worked me in at a very busy time. Quick and professional and a good value too.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

Start to finish, our reroofing and insurance was handled with the utmost speed and ease. Phoenix Roofing only contracts with a handful of roofing teams and holds them to the highest standard. Anything amiss and they are quick to resolve it.

They were fair-priced, upfront about everything, and diligent on our behalf from start to finish. Our roof looks beautiful and I can't imagine anyone better to work with!

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Had my roof replaced during the pandemic. Supplies for gutters was hard to come by. Zared and his team worked hard to get the job done. I am pleased with my new roof and gutters. Zared was very personable and easy to work with.

The BCR staff are truly magnificent. When I was booking the appointment for roof inspection, I found that Samantha Munoz was efficient, friendly and kind.
She came and very swiftly analysed the problems and outlined the solutions.

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

I can not recommend Thomas Roofing enough! We have a tile roof and needed it replaced. They quoted me a price and they billed me that price. No Funny Business. The guys who installed were nice and addressed any questions I had. Soo happy we went with them.

They know their business and just get it done. On top of good craftsmanship the owners were easily available to answer my questions. I am extremely happy with my new roof.
