I used Renco on a prior home a few years back and had a good experience so used them again when we had storm damage this fall. They do a greta job and are very professional. The process was smooth and when the workers finished they pointed out what they had done. A few days later I got a call and they came back to inspect it as part of their quality control process. So impressive! I've had other contractors recently that we have had issues with that could have been prevented by following the type of process Renco uses. Keep up the great work guys!

We just finished getting a full new roof from Brown Roofing, and the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and everything looks great. When we noticed some leaks in our laundry room, we contacted a few companies to come give us estimates. Some companies never returned our calls and emails, and some gave estimates without much detail. Brown Roofing called us back right away to schedule the estimate, and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours. Everything was very professional and the phone and email communication was clear and responsive. The owner, Craig, was on-site for the start of the project and checked in with us along the way, until completion at the end of the week. The crew also did a nice job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. We didn't have to pick up any debris at any time during the week. Thanks again, would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

Lyons does not stand by it's work. The warranty they provide is useless because they do not stand by their work when your roof leaks, and it will. Read the critical reviews on line from customers who have spent thousands of $ only to have roof leak. It happened to all of us. It can happen to you too. Keep looking for a company with integrity.

I had my roof repaired in October due to wind damage . Kris was here to help me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job on my roof and the cleanup afterwards was great. Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.
