My side of the story was a convoluted mess! But Chad & Veronica navigated through it most gracefully & graciously. I had contracted with them to replace the underlayment of my 24 yr. old tile roof in expectation of selling the house in the near future. I paid the deposit for materials & was waiting for the scheduled project, (meanwhile, there was 1 VERY messed up tile on my roof that they came & fixed while waiting for the final project) when at the last minute I sold my house in record time with a large buying firm. Chad agreed to refund me my deposit minus the restocking fee & a small fee for the 1 tile repair. Then......I learned that my new house needed roofing attention. I asked Chad to use some of that refund for the repairs on the new house, only to find out that the company I was buying from said they'd be fixing the roof. So, again, I was putting Chad off. He was so very gracious, communicative & understanding. I'm not sure I trust this large company to do the repairs to my satisfaction, so I intend to call Allstate Roofing once again! I KNOW Allstate does great work because I researched them diligently before ever contacting them in the first place.

TSM performed a roof repair and a debris cleanout. Dustin estimated the job and was more than fair on this price. TSM took photos before and after, cleaned up this job like they were never there, Excellent work and neat as a pin. Thanks You TSM.

Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done. Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly. Definitely a company with integrity, quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Extremely competitive pricing with other roofing companies. Communication with inspector, project manager and office staff members was top notch. Everyone was on the same page. Worked with insurance company to ensure any unforeseen changes encountered were to be covered. Yes I would hire them again.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Mikku & Sons recoated my flat roof a few months ago and did a fantastic job. They found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company to cover for the damage. This family owned business is great to work with. Brothers Caleb, Devin and Joshua are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with good customer service skills and excellent quality workmanship.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! We noticed a leak when it rained in December and William came out on NYE to determine the cause and provide an estimate. He had the work scheduled the same week we requested which was, luckily, just in time for the week of rain in January.  William is affordable, professional, and provides quality work.  I've referred him to several friends and they all agree!

They were very professional, prompt, honest and most of all the quote was very very reasonable. The quote came out to be about half the price other roofers quoted me. I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.
