Price was double and offered to meet lower price. What would we have got if we took that.

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the last 50 plus years and I can honestly say that TSM Roofing was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They were responsive in providing an inspection and proposal to repair my roof. In my opinion, the proposal/price was more than fair. Once accepted, the work was done in a timely manner. They showed up on time, completed the project before the estimated completion date, and cleaned up when done. Tyler and Carolyn at TSM were a joy to work with and it is fair to say that they far exceeded my expectations.

Today Yari, estimator, stopped by to look at my roof. On one of the ridges, I had one tile that had come off and was laying on the roof and several surrounding tiles had loose nails. He went up on the roof, re-installed the tile, replaced the nails and checked the entire roof. He then came in the house and told me that the rest of the roof looked fine, but since it’s 18 years old, in the next 2-5 years, I would need to think about having the underpayment replaced. He explained the entire process, gave me a rough, “balllpark” figure (for my future financial planning). He also told me the areas I should expect to possibly see water leaks in the next few years.

Yari was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeabe. He took the time to fix the roof and inform me of what to expect in the next five years. After all of that, he charged me nothing. That’s right—$0.

I am so impressed with Yari and his customer service and will not hesitate to call Renco when it’s time for the underpayment on the roof to be replaced. In fact, I just called a friend to give her Renco’s information so that she has it for future reference. She just recently needed a roofer and was not happy with who she hired.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Yari. In fact, the girl in the office (Shaila), was incredibly personable and friendly as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and immediately set up an appointment for me, all with a smile in her voice. What fantastic customer service. Thank you.

We found Brown Roofing through Yelp & BBB. We got quotes from them and two other companies. The two other quotes we received were, at least, $2,000 more than Brown Roofing. What the other companies offered within their price, did not compare to what Brown Roofing offered. When Craig came out to quote us, he was the only one that actually got up on our roof to measure. After we put our deposit down - we were put on the schedule and they showed up as scheduled. They completed the job in two days. My husband appreciated actually meeting with Craig, an owner of the company. The new roof looks amazing and the entire process from start to finish was stress-free. My husband and I appreciated this seeing a new roof is a costly investment. We would recommend Brown Roofing.

I have used Lyons Roofing to replace entire roofs on 3 of my homes now. I have had two houses with shingles and one Home with tile. Two of the properties hey sprayed foam on the flat portions. They are professional and did a great job every time.

Wasn’t able to help with my roofing problems, but (John) upfront and very knowledgeable and helpful steering in right direction!

On December 16 Ben came out to inspect my roof because I found a leak. Ben spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting the roof. When he was completed, he showed me pictures of the issues he had found and explained the repairs he recommended. I had other companies inspect the roof and complete estimates. On January 11 Ernesto crew started repairs. They completed re pairs on January 14. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, work, professionalism. They picked up trash every day before they left. I am recommending to the other houses in my housing development.

They came out and fixed the roof within a few days. Chris was awesome and the owner Alex was very kind and flexible on payments. I’ll definitely call them again if we need anything done. I highly recommend them.

My roof leaked in the strangest spot, Will came out and gave an very fair est. for the repair, it did end up being slightly more but only because the repair ended up being larger. But it needed to be done because the previous owners roof replacement was done wrong and cut corners and obviously ran off the with claim money. They inspected the rest of the roof and at this time everything seems good, Will and his team made it right. They scheduled me in during the busiest week ever and were on time, clean, friendly and got the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a trusted team not only from what I experienced, but lol the neighbor grandma gave them lunch that day. I just found that out. I highly recommend Patterson Roofing, they are in my address book for when I need a new roof. I fully support locally family owned businesses, they are my first go to for everything.

I had a great experience with Multi Pro while they installed a new roof for me. Specifically the Project Manager, Alex Danesi. He was very helpful gathering and explaining samples and aesthetic options quickly and was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. The crew came on time and knocked out the project in one day! Great quality!

First of all I had a very bad experience with another roofing company that was sent by my solar company that I will not name here, but that i had already hired an attorney to sue because I had to get my roof repaired correctly from all the mistakes that were made. It was a nightmare to say the least!

I was referred to Reimagine Roofing by a friend, and they sent Eric out who did a thorough inspection on my roof and attic and advised me of all problems that had to be corrected. He was helpful in many ways and provided photos to show me what was wrong. He took extra time and attention to satisfy a frustrated customer such as I. He was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way beyond the call of duty to solve everything including things he did not have to do just to help me feel okay.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my roof and advocate for me. He got me back to where I had no leaks or damage and worked on my behalf to solve all the issues with the solar company even when they wouldn't respond or call me back he somehow got them to meet him on my roof to assist him in finishing what they left wrong.

If it wasn’t for Eric I don’t know what I would have done. He saved me in more ways than you can imagine. I feel that Eric is a real asset to your business and reputation. There should be a lot more people like him in this world. It would be a better place.
