He and his staff were very thorough, competent, and diligent in there job. Eddie Cortez came everyday to monitor the project and answered my questions and returned my calls which was greatly appreciated. He kept me updated on the progress of the roof which was very reassuring. Thank you again.

AllState Roofing did a great job replacing the underlayment on our home. The pricing was competitive. Everyone we dealt with was awesome and very professional, including: Chad, Veronica and Brad. We couldn't be more pleased with Sheldon and his team of workers and the work they did for us. Sheldon has a team of employees unlike many other roofers who use day laborers. I have had Renco Roofing do my roof repairs for many years. Renco was always prompt to return my calls. When the roof got older, I had them put a new roof on. They have always been great to work with! My property was left clean when they finished. The roofers were very respectful.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! A representative from this company (Jack ) came to my house and despite my do not disturb sign rang my bell three times eventually waking me up.

When I asked this guy if he was soliciting something he started talking over me and trying to give his sales pitch.
I interrupted him and referenced my sign and the had the nerve to just keep talking over me as if I hadn't said anything.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.
