Best Tile Roof in Phoenix AZ

Just want to say THANK YOU to Scott Roofing! They provided service to me a year ago and I am so thankful that with all the recent rain I have had no leaks. You don't know how happy that makes me.

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

Sheldon is top notch. His company is a master in their field. We had to have our house re-roofed and we had solar panels. Sheldon worked with me and he figured a way to get it done! I will recommend TSM roofing to everyone i know! Outstanding!

My hoa hired this company. They started my building at a reasonable time after 7am on a weekday and finished my building before 5pm. They came and notified me of a concern with my ac unit and wanted to make sure it was working properly which it wasn't. They stayed about an hour after they had completed the roof to fix my ac unit and make sure it was blowing cold again. All the guys I spoke with were polite and friendly.

Brown Roofing just completed a re-roof of our home and did an exceptional job. I did my research, asked friends for recommendations, and eventually got three bids on the job. Craig, of Brown Roofing, did a really nice job of explaining the process and surveying my home to understand the condition of the roof. He also noticed that my 2nd floor patio deck floor had cracks that would have caused water to penetrate and cause damage. None of the other companies I had come out made that observation. So he also gave me a quote on that as well. I like to take my time, and ask questions before I commit. Craig was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions over the following week. Eventually, I chose Brown roofing because I had confidence that the job would get done right. The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes, so very reasonable and fair. His team was very professional and they consistently cleaned up before they left on each day, which was one of our big concerns with a toddler running around.

My experience with KY-KO's representative (Mr Jimenez) was very professional. He responded promptly & was very customer-oriented. He even went over and above his duty to help fixed my roof (a leak that was not repaired properly by another contractor) prior to the scheduled date. If not for Mr Jimenez, water would have leaked from the same area, as it rained a day after he fixed it. I would strongly recommend KO-KO for your roof repair as I had researched a few other contractors and KO-KO was my best choice.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Fantastic service! We had roof damage, Devin took care of us right from the beginning. The job was done in the time they told us, and communication was very easy. I did get other quotes form a few other roofing companies and they were competitive! I highly recommend!

A customer who wasn't happy with our services posted a 1 star review....it states that he posted it less than a week ago, when in fact it was posted approx. a year ago. If this is a new review, I would ask Google to look into their policy of slander/liable, as we have taken MANY MANY MANY steps to make that customer happy. It is not legal to go onto the internet and trash a company, without giving them any kind of recourse online to refute it, or to reply in any way.

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

I hate getting home repairs done, so was REALLY not looking forward to replacing my roof. I am so thankful I selected Phoenix Roofing And Remodeling because Mike made the whole process seamless and easy. The team was so quick and did a great job! I really, really appreciated that Mike followed through and did everything on time without me having to place any calls or write emails, which is my biggest pain point in having work done. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!
