I worked with Dean at Brown Roofing and had a great experience. We had a leak in the roof in the front awning that had been going on for a while. Dean called when expected and came out to give a quote. Had another company come out who quoted me 2.5x what Brown Roofing was charging and was going to replace a much larger, and unnecessary, portion of the roof. Since Dean was so much more transparent and cheaper, we chose to go with him.

He came in on time when we scheduled him and his team took care of the whole job in one day. There were a couple things that he hadn't taken care of while there the first day that were not actually part of the initial bid (though I didn't realize that when I brought them up) and he came back when he came in with his cleanup truck and took care of them. The only mild frustration (if you can call it that) that we had was that it had to be scheduled out so far. But our problem was minor and wasn't affecting the inside of the house or major roofing problems so I was okay waiting an extra week or two to get it done right the first time.

We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Our experience with them was wonderful to begin with the very first call and going all the way through until completion. The gal who answers the phone is polite and kind and quickly got Tony to return our call and make arrangements to come out and assess the problem. We interacted with a total of four people with this company and found all of them to be great. Work was completed in a timely fashion and done well. With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. They have great with communication, upfront with pricing and are professional with all the work they do.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.
