Anthony helped put me in an insurance claim after a storm damaged the roof. He was very knowledgeable, had the best customer service and actually cared about getting me a new roof more than I would have ever expected from anyone. He and the build team were incredible every step of the way. The roof looks perfect and all of them really took pride in their work. Appreciate all their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.

Kevin Barnes and Rusty Kube were the two representatives from ProWest that I worked with during the course of the entire roof replacement for my house. The team did a great job on the front slope but failed on the back slope. Kevin Barnes came out to my house to assess the damages caused by the recent monsoon this year. They ensured the highest level of quality in their work and made promises that the work would be completed on time with clear and open communication. None of this was true, in fact, the complete opposite. The work was not completed on time, they didn’t bother covering the exposed work with a tarp after leaving the job half done. To make things worse it rained the following day, which caused the a large portion of the felt to wrinkle. Its been incredibly frustrating working with both of these individuals and the final result of the work speaks for their quality, a true Mickey Mouse job. The images speak for the lack of quality control that they promised. Save yourself time, money and headaches, skip this roofing company.

My wife, Molly, and I had a fantastic experience with ProWest Roofing. Our original roof had been severely damaged during a hail storm. Mitch worked directly with the insurance company and 3rd party claims adjuster and got us the money to pay for it. He and Chad were extremely consultative throughout our decision-making process. We’re big on sustainability and they helped us evaluate a recycled rubber product that we absolutely love. We went with a ridge vent system for great air flow. They brought in one of their installation crews from several states away who had the most experience with the product to ensure the highest quality result. And throughout the process, they were accommodating of all of our last-minute changes from deciding to replace some facia boards to securing special skylights to rerunning bathroom fan ductwork so that the vents were less visible to upgrading HVAC lines. We were demanding customers. This is an impressive company that exceeded our expectations. I wish that I had captured all of the names of the highly-skilled workers to give them individual shout-outs. Everyone provided stellar workmanship and professionalism. And they left everything immaculate after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

I was having trouble getting insurance to cover the cost of the storm damage to our roof, we were going back and forth for 8 months. Prowest stepped in and insurance paid out, they delivered materials within days and the roof was complete by a team of 9 in just 1 day and it looks amazing. Fantastic! I was nervous about this project because I have recently had some terrible experiences with contractors, but Zack and the rest of the Prowest team have restored my faith in humanity. The job was done quickly/on time and they were in constant communication with me. The work is high quality and they went out of their way to match/paint trim and vents to be as close to the original as possible so I wouldn't have to fuss with my HOA. And the cost of the entire project was completely fair. They did my entire roof (a little over 2000 sq ft) in a day and a half. It looks great. Thank you so much!!

ProWest replaced my roof a month ago. They were professional with the most responsiveness of any business I have worked with in my 18 years of residence. GAF shingle are top grade. They did everything they promised, when they promised they would do it. Their representatives, Tyler and Hunter could not have been better!!

I saw Mitch Levy and Andrew Maddox inspecting my neighbors roof after a bad hail storm in October '22. I invited them to take a look at my roof as well. They quickly determined that I had damage also. I requested an estimate and had one the next day.
When the insurance adjuster inspected the roof, he spent less than a minute before he said he'd cover the entire job. I knew then that Mitch and Andrew knew what they were talking about. The project went fairly seamlessly. They did all the leg work with the insurance company and the entire job, including replacing 40 sheets of plywood, was completed in 2 days after it was started. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the finished product. They kept me up to date with the progress of the job every step of the way.

James was amazing! We had a huge storm, 80 mph winds that caused damage to several homes in my area. I called several roofing companies, all of whom could not come for 2 weeks. James showed up at my doorstep the day after the storm and offered his services. He advocated for me with my insurance company and was able to get my roof covered. I highly recommend him. Super happy with the process and final product! Josh was great... he helped us navigate the process each step of the way and oversaw the work to make sure it was done well. Anthony and ProWest are top notch! From the get go, Anthony was very responsive and honest with us about what we needed done. He went out of his way to work with us and the most efficient way to do things. Once we finally scheduled the repair. His team was on time and very professional! oh ya these guys are the very best, I have had used others in the past and not even close to ProWest would definitely recommend them for all roof problems, Daniel Holman, Trevor H, Lucas were awesome guys to work with so professional very honest & polite, their team did such a beautiful job on the removal of 2 layers of shingles & installation of of Burnt Sienna 3 D shingle all in one day as they said it would take, I was blown away 2000 sq ft home roof has many valleys & peaks they did it, clean up was like they were not even here, just unbelievable how well the team works as a unit to get the job done it's like a Swiss watch in motion,

Anthony was a huge help in tough situation -- roof had several leaks coming through with damage to the interior. Anthony and his team not only did a great job replacing the roof, but worked with my insurance to get work covered and make sure the job was done right. The quality of the final product is pretty good, which is the only reason for two stars here. The company has incredibly poor communication and deceptive billing practices...unfortunately they do nothing to dispel the stereotype of shady housing contractors. In my experience, representatives from ProWest went out of their way to avoid putting anything in writing. Foolish me, I thought they were just phone call people, but later learned it was because they were planning to add surprise costs later on...and with only undocumented phone conversations to reference, yeah... In the middle of my repair--after they had removed my entire roof--they suddenly discover extra work and extra costs that you have to agree to before they will continue...backing you into a corner of paying more or leaving your house without a roof in the middle of Arizona monsoon season. If you must use them, demand a written quote upfront and do what you can to protect yourself from them surprising you mid-job markups, but overall I'd say it's best to avoid.

From the inspection to the completion of the install to the checkup Adam was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and him and his crew got the job done right. AZ monsoons don't stand a chance on this house moving forward thanks to Adam & PROWEST!

We had a leak in the ceiling. Turned out because of the age of the house we needed new underlayment. Never something you want to spend money on but I received a few estimates and decided to go with ProWest. The cost was similar but ProWest had great communication, so important. The job was scheduled, they showed up on time, got the work done, and cleaned everything up (I think they even swept my front patio??) Now we are ready for monsoon season! Thanks guys.

I Had my new roof installed in March and it looks nice and all but we had some rain this week, unfortunately i had a roof leak around my A/c unit and leaked into my bathrooms light fixture (Electrical?) caused minor drywall damage but could of been worst if i hadnt put a plastic linear on the roof, I contacted the warranty department and they said someone will call me to schedule a visit, it's been a week and nobody has called or showed up. I'm young and well I did what I had to do to keep it from becoming a bigger problem but it's upsetting to see Prowest doesn't own up to fix a problem.

Pro West made the process of getting my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof simple and painless. They negotiated with my insurance to cover the entire project getting more money from them to do the job right. Their crew was careful and efficient completing the job in one day. The roof looks perfect and I would definitely advise you to give them a shot.

ProWest LLC recently did a complete roof on our home. When we bought the house we knew we were going to need a new roof soon but we didn’t realize it would be an immediate need. Within the first month at our house we had a leak in one of the bedrooms as a result of the worn out roof. Our insurance only covered a repair and since we just purchased the house we were not financially prepared to buy a new roof. One year later our repair gave in and we had a leak again. We found Steve and ProWest LLC by word of mouth in a cul-de-sac where he serviced all of the homes. We contacted him and explained the situation and set up a consultation. During the consultation he contacted our home insurance with us and helped us make a claim. With his inspection and knowledge of the claims process he was able to help us get the cost of a new roof covered by our insurance.

Our roof was scheduled to be completed during the COVID-19 closures. Because of this, our date had to be rescheduled but Steve thoroughly communicated any changes with us in a timely manner. Once it was the day of the job the workers were friendly and quickly got the job done. Our yard was left clean and free of debris. We’re very pleased with the look of our new roof and we are satisfied with the experience of working with ProWest Roofing LLC. We will definitely be referring them to others!

ProWest did an awesome job on my roof recently. They are extremely profession and have great employees. The crew showed up on time and absolutely went to town. They really did a great job and my roof looks great! Special shout out to Mick, the project manager I had, as well. He was super knowledgeable and really helped out with the insurance side of things. All in all, ProWest killed it and I would 100% refer them to people who need their roof done.

Josh was our hero! I am a slacker on writing this but all the better, our roof has been on about 1.5 yrs and still looks great and has had zero leaks/problems. First and foremost, our roof is BEAUTIFUL. I really underestimated how a nice new roof makes your whole home look so.much nicer....I mean, we literally have had neighbors slow down in front of our house to ask who did our roof. Our old roof had been damaged in a storm but we thought too much time had passed since it happened. Josh assured us we were within reasonable time frame to have our roof replaced by insurance due to the damage. He handled all the calls to the insurance company, talked directly to the adjuster for us, and got the whole new roof (not just a repair but a new roof) almost completely covered! Then there is the quality and efficiency- Josh was very communicative the whole way, from where our claim status was, to when supplies would come in, to when the work would be done. They literally started at dawn and had the roof completed by the early afternoon. Not a single scrap was left behind, and at the time of this review, we have had several rainstorms since the work was done and not a single leak. I would recommend these.guys to anyone!

Even though I may have started out skeptical working with them at first, since they came to my house knocking door to door, working with Blake has been fantastic! For some reason, I've never really done business with somebody going door to door before, but they have been absolutely great! With good reason, most of the houses in my neighborhood have got their roofs done with them.

I have to say that Blake has gone above and beyond for me. In fact, he has helped me fight my insurance company for over a year. They have been absolutely ridiculous to work with, and he has made many phone calls and drove an hour to my house often during that time. FINALLY, it got approved through the Insurance company, as it should have right from the beginning, and they got to work. Well, the insurance company decided to fight back again, and Blake has made sure that we wouldn't have to pay anything more than our deductible.

Besides the fact that my roof looks great now, it is refreshing to work with people that have my best interest as their priority. It wasn't about money with them. In fact, for over a year, they weren't even sure they would make a cent with me, but they continued working hard on my behalf.

Honestly, thank you Blake for just being a good guy and for standing by our side during that absolute chaos of a year! We will recommend you to anybody and everybody that ever comes our way!

I’m approaching 400 days without a ceiling in my bathroom, while both my pets and I breathe in the asbestos that continuously falls from the attic.

I hired PROWEST for the job but they refuse to answer my calls or finish the project. I have offered to pay them numerous times to complete the work but they have refused payment. They are now increasing the cost in June 2022, saying that I owe $40k for the work at my home (Which so far, is just a new roof that was originally quoted for $10k, then increased to $17k, then $26k and now up to $40k.)

Andddd if I don’t comply, they will put a lien on my home.

My home is less than 1500 sq foot and has standard shingles. That is the most expensive roof of all time. This feels like a scam on my insurance and a scam on me. Its also effecting the health of me and my pets.

Prowest went above and beyond with full replacement with my insurance company. They would not take no for an answer. They knew that their inspection was accurate and repair was not acceptable. I am so thankful they tool care of me. Donny, Doug and the office staff were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Pro West LLC were an excellent choice for our storm damage/re-roofing, and they arranged gutter install. Sam was professional, courteous, and made sure my mom, who lives there, was comfortable with the process. He made sure all was on time & went smoothly. Some neighbors had roofing supplies-thin paper, shingles sitting on their roof for over a month with no one fixing it! Ours was done with quality, thick roofing paper and shingles expediently and professionally. Quality work and service. We highly recommend!

Had multiple leaks in our roof from hail damage a little over 2 years ago. Well, 2 years later and we’re still, unfortunately dealing with the “roofers”. Project manager Doni was the first one to our house. Work was done not long after; they completely redid our entire roof. Next time it rained, we had water spots in our ceiling showing in multiple areas. They sent another crew out to “fix” the areas. Based on the continued leaks, I can only assume they used nothing more than scotch tape or bubble gum. Last week they sent Patrick out who let me know there was areas he had to patch and that there was wood still showing from the last time they were out here, this all said after he made it clear that he’s tired of coming to my house. He also said he would be here to fix, but today said “I cannot be there due to other issues in the field.” AGAIN, 2 years later and we have more work currently being done by another person.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND FRUSTRATION, AND GO WITH LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN PRO WEST.

Johnny with ProWest is on top of his business! Excellent response time and very punctual. Took great care of our emergency roof repair when a monsoon storm hit the Queen Creek area. Definitely recommend ProWest services to others. These are professionals!

We are a tenant at a commercial building where ProWest was hired to do some work on the roof. Work was done ONLY during business hours and it sounded like they were having a dance party up on the roof most of the day, except that most times it sounded like they were actually stomping for the purposes of stomping. We lost several clients today because of what they felt was an unprofessional environment to hold meetings in. This sort of work should be done before or after business hours or on weekends/holidays. I just about got hit with a large piece of debris that they just threw off of the roof without looking to see who was underneath. Very disappointed and will never use them or recommend in the future.

I hired ProWest to do an inspection of our 8,000 sf commercial roof in June 2022. After the inspection they recommended a $13,000 set of repairs and told me there would be a 10 year warranty. I paid in full and now they don't want to do repair for a leak at September of 2022.

I can't say enough great things about Anthony, Jimmy, and crew. From the moment Anthony came to inspect our roof he was honest, kind, attentive, and helped us navigate muddy waters with our insurance company to get the new roof that we deserved. We had a complicated project in which we needed to replace windows, siding and roof all at the same time. Several companies had come out to look at it and then never called back. Anthony from ProWest came out and immediately got to work figuring out what had to happen when and coordinating all the different contractors. He also dealt with the insurance company to allow us to get the roof fully resurfaced to repair storm damage. He kept in constant contact, never missed an appointment and did exactly what he said he would do (and more) at every stage. Everything came out perfectly and on time. Any time I had a question or issue, Anthony was there to make sure it was taken care of. This was easily the best home repair experience we've ever had.

Even though it took too long to have my roof done, the waiting was worth. It was because of the pandemic situation and lack of material and workers availability. Both Gilbert Mejia and Collin Kettering were always concerned about our contract and were calling to let us know of the situation. Very responsible team. Did their job in a very clean way and our house now has a beautiful look! Very satisfied with the results!!

Don and Doug worked hard to get roof approved for replacement. Crew arrived as planned. Did an awesome job. New roof was done very professional. Cleaned up and done 6 hours later. Would never guess just had a roof tore off and replaced. Would recommend Don and Doug over and over. Nice guys that make sure job done right .

The team at ProWest was always very professional, they did an excellent job on my roof. They identified and marked all of the damage on my roof. They helped me file a claim and worked the insurance adjuster when he came out. They showed up bright and early on the day that they said they were going to. They demoed and installed 2600ft of new roof between 5am and 2pm including clean up and haul away.

After the install the service manager came back out to re-inspect and ensure all was in order. On top of that my house looks amazing, I didn't realize how shabby the roof made the appearance until it was replaced.

I will use them again for all of my roofing, they have earned a loyal customer!

The folks at ProWest were on time and very responsive. So far they've replaced 4 roofs for us and repaired as many too. They are competitive on pricing and are stickers for quality. But we were really happy with their conscientious attention to detail and follow through. Most of all they cleaned up after the project no nails or trash anywhere. On my speed dial. ProWest was recommended to us by our AC contractor to repair hail damage. They tore off and replaced the entire roof on two buildings in just 1.5 days. A neighbor suggested I talk with the Prowest representative, Daniel Holman. I agreed and found him to be knowledgeable and gave an excellent presentation. I was then introduced to the Project Manager , Lucas Rogers who was in charge of arranging the date for the start of the job. He had a team of workers here and in one morning they did an incredible job of removing the old tiled roof down to bare wood. The team then laid the black under sheet and proceeded methodically to lay the new tile on the roof. It was done that afternoon! They efficiently cleaned up the debris so all I had to do when they left was hose down my front and back patios.
I would highly recommend Prowest to replace your roof. They did excellent work, efficient and were very polite and I’m very pleased with the results!!

Excellent experience with Tony and Jimmy at ProWest. Our roof was damaged in a wind event, and Tony worked with our insurance and got our roof replaced for less than the amount of our deductible! They use quality material and a professional crew and had the roof repaired and the replacement in place in one day.

I would not hesitate to call Tony again for any roof needs.

The Project Manager on our job, Sam Carey, did a free roof inspection and then showed us pictures of the wind and rain damage and explained why the roof should be totally replaced (the insurance company’s inspector completely agreed). He submitted an estimate to our insurance company for review. After assessing the damage reports they agreed to pay for the replacement. As Sam had promised the roofing crew completed the job in one day! Sam is very professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I would recommend Prowest LLC to any homeowner who has had severe wind or rain roof damage.

Just couldn’t rate them higher, under the circumstances.

Prowest was the 2nd of 3 roofing companies we contacted to give us an estimate on repairing our garage roof, which had been torn off, July 17th, in a severe storm.

There were no fewer than 3 times the Prowest estimator pressured us to sign a contract – WITHOUT a Prowest written estimate (??!).

The 1st company came out, explained what they saw was needed and gave us a written estimate.
Prowest was the 2nd company.
The last company to come out, explained what they saw was needed and gave us a written estimate.

The insurance adjustor finally came out Aug 6th.
When we got the insurance estimate, we forwarded it to all the roofing companies we saw.

Prowest’s estimator called and, once again, tried to get us to sign a contract - without a written estimate.
That’s when we told him that we DID get written estimates from the other companies and we’d be happy to hire Prowest, but we needed a written estimate.

The Prowest estimator stated, “Well, our estimate is going to be higher.” And he went on to explain why. The call ended with me texting the estimator our email address, so he could submit HIS estimate.

THAT Prowest estimate NEVER came.

By this point, we were feeling VERY uncomfortable about Prowest.
Do you blame us?

Jordan was excellent. He did the paperwork, contacted my insurance company, met with me and my insurance adjuster. He explained the whole process, from start to finish. He accepted what the insurance company offered to completely replace the roof. He even worked with me on my deductible. After that was done, the crew arrived and started working at 6:30am, were here until around 4:30pm. Completely finished in 1 day. I would definitely recommend this company ProWest for the replacement of your roof.

I was very surprised and happy and thought we were in good hands when the COO was the person on our project. Well.... not the case. If you don’t have any issues probably a great guy. IF there ARE issues with the way the work is done/conducted/performed, prepare to get treated like the trash they leave all over the yard.

What a great experience. After shopping around 5 different roofing companies in the valley, I was referred over to Mike and Lindsey. Mike did a great job talking me through what we needed to do and the communication was on point. He was on time and did what we discussed. Lindsey was very accommodating and patient with me. She gave me samples and sent me photos of other roofs they have done to give me an idea what it would actually look like. Once we scheduled it, the crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. Once it was finished, both Mike and Lindsey checked in with me to make sure it went well. Prowest is a SHADY COMPANY that wants to file a claim with your insurance co.really,really bad,then they will try to take or I should say, steel your insurance money without doing any work or possibly partial work. They promised my Mom a new tile roof, the secretary filed the claim on my Mothers behalf without her permission, then they came knocking on door asking for insurance checks. They NEVER replaced my Moms tile roof that was clearly stated in the contract and Now they are trying to sue my Mom for the job never done. They are insane, STAY AWAY from these thieves

Fantastic Customer service provided by Thomas Clements with Prowest. We recently had some wind damage at our house and Thomas swooped in and took care of us. From selecting a fantastic color roof shingle and metal flashing (yes metal flashing color makes a difference!) to negotiating with our insurance company, all aspects top notch. Don't forget about the crew. Started at 5 am completed by 4 pm. I have a simple roof but the crew worked with me and together we marked over 35 tongue and groove boards under the eaves to be replaced. They also when through and pounded down all the old nails providing a clean flat surface for the new felt and asphalt shingles. Completely satisfied. Thank you Thomas!

Jordan and Buddy were nothing short of amazing! They came knocking on our door stating our roof was in bad shape due to monsoon/wind storm damage. But like everyone else when the pandemic hit, we were in a tough spot to even think about replacing, so they got it covered through our insurance and no cost out of pocket! Their crew even got the job done in 1 day! They were informative and held great communication with my husband throughout the entire process. So, we met Tom and Josh as a cold call, walk by. I was a bit leery but they were great to work with. Tom met with my insurance adjuster and they worked out all details.
All went mostly well, it was a quick turn around although I found out day before they were coming. Worked out great, and the roof part looks amazing. Until the foam roofing in my patio. It took a month to get that done. The foam crew that came out, had the wrong color drip edge and I told them so, they still put up the wrong drip edge. Thankfully i had a really good salesperson in Tom taking care of this. He came out and painted the drip edge with a ceramic paint, so it should last. (They will be hearing from me other wise)
Now, that being said, the foam crew was supposed to just take down just an inch and re-coat. They went all they way down, replaced some of the wood that had been destroyed from wind and rain damage, and then coated with a nice thick coat (or 3 coats). It looks great finally! :)
So, all in all, thankfully I had Tom Dell and Josh taking care of us. He really was amazing to work with and would definitely recommend them. I am grateful for the new roof.

I had an opportunity to have ProWest inspect my roof after our wind storm in January. Josh was very thorough and was available throughout the process of working with the insurance company. Our project began in July of 2020 when we decided to finally replace the shingles on our roof which had become damaged by storms.
Due to a stubborn insurance company, this project was not completed until July of 2021.
The project manager, Taylor James, was persistent with the demands of the insurance company and completed every inspection they demanded and finally after getting the project to an umpire, the insurance company agreed to pay.
The work began on a Friday morning and was completed the evening of the same day. The crew, led by Pancho I believe, was extremely well organized and professional. The work was well orchestrated and each individual knew and completed their tasks perfectly. They functioned as a well oiled and trained team and when they left it was as if they had never been here (everything cleaned up).
Taylor's knowledge, regular updates, explanations of each step in this process and persistence with the insurance claim kept us believing in the process and ended up getting us a great new roof.

I see a few upset reviews because ProWest solicited at their house despite no solicitor signs. I ended up answering the door when Jordan at ProWest stopped by. I knew I had some roof tiles that fell off during a storm and needed repair, so I decided to ask him
some questions. Long story short, he ended up walking me through the entire insurance claims process to get my entire roof replaced. Both the tiles and the flat part of the roof.

Roof just got completed and looks great. Lesson is sometimes if you take a few minutes to talk to somebody that rings your doorbell, you might be able to get a brand new roof for free.

Jordan offered great customer support throughout the process and I definitely recommend working with him on your next roof repair.

Was recommended ProWest by some friends when I needed a new roof after a monsoon storm. They helped take care of all the insurance work and was able to get a new roof done in 2 days. I have yet to walk the top of the roof, but as far as I can see it looks great and even saw some plywood and boarders that were replaced as well. I was not expecting that. Waiting on some rain to see how it holds up to leaks, but I feel like it's going to be just fine. Tom was my rep and was a great help along the way.

ProWest was very professional, gave me many honest perspectives toward replacing my 30 year old tile roof. I actually chose to reuse existing tiles and replace all the underlayment and replace broken tile as needed. They did a fantastic job blending old and new. All the flashings were replaced and painted to blend with the roof. My neighbors think the tiles are brand new!! I do industrial construction for s living and i tell my guts that the job is not done until everything cleaned up 100%.When ProWest completed the job i could not even tell they were there! My house has a flat roof, which often has issues, suspected damage or a leak due to buckling/moisture in a wall. Hired Jimmy Rauch at ProWest, he quickly came out, even though it was a holiday weekend. He inspected the roof and found a minor issue which he easily fixed & sent pictures to describe. He exceeded my expectations in every regard - he was punctual, professional, friendly, informative, honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and will definitely employ his services in the future.

I had storm damage that resulted in the ceiling in my living room collapsing. My insurance company covered the internal damage but was adamant there was no problems with the roof despite shingles being rolled back. Bianca was tenacious and stuck with my case for over a year to get the mitigation and repairs covered. I highly recommend her. More importantly she really showed me she cared about my situation instead of some others I dealt with that washed their hands on this situation when it was obvious the insurance company want going to make it an easy buck for them.

Prowest is an amazing company! They worked directly with my insurance company taking any and all burden/aggravation off of me. They not only got our new roof covered but also negotiated for a new AC unit and two turbine vents. Their crew was on time, efficient, and they did an excellent job! Customer service was top notch. ProWest installed a new roof on my house a couple of years back. The roof had some damage from storms and the age of the roof did not help. They were able to update the roof to newer building codes and dealt with the insurance company to help offset the cost. Before I had ProWest do the work, I spoke with the guys extensively since I used to work in the new home construction industry (10+ years in low voltage cabling) and asked many questions to make sure they knew what they were talking about. The guys who installed the roof were at the house before sunrise and finished after the sun had gone down. Talk about dedicated workers! I have zero problems recommending this company.

We bought a brand new roof from this company not even 3 years ago. As time passes we are seeing how terrible this company did. When we were in the process, our roof sat unfinished until we called about seeing when it would finally be done. When they came to finish it, they did not use the same color tile. Then they did not leave the extra tile that was supposed to be left. After the roof was finally done, we had to call the company multiple times because we continued to have leaks. Now, we are having to pay another company for repairs because of tiles slipping off of the roof and breaking. Don't waste your time. Go with a better company.

I watched this company and crew replace the roof on the house across the street from me. When my roof needed work I knew from watching them my roof was in good hands. They did great work and the communication with this company was always immediate, every call or email returned almost immediately. I have already recommended them to other family and friends. Using them was one of the best decisions I have made in a while.

My roof had significant wind damage and I hired Prowest to complete a full roof replacement. My salesman was very responsive and always available to help walk through the process. The roofing foreman was top notch. From the moment the project began, I could tell that he had excellent attention to detail, was very knowledgable and would deliver a quality product. And he and the crew did just that! There were a couple small hiccups along the way and the foreman immediately took needed steps to correct. I love my new roof installed by Prowest LLC. It all started by answering a door hanger placed by Gilbert Mejia, he told me he could get my isurance to replace my roof, I told not my insurance they denied my claims. ProWest installing a fairly unique roof not common to Arizona....

ProWest is currently a few days worth of work from completing an entire roof replacement using Brava composite tile that cost quite a bit more than competing quotes on concrete barrel tile from Boral.

A bit about the undertaking ProWest has tackled and what I paid for... The materials from Brava are superior to concrete, I have literally taken a sledge hammer and torch, put them in a deep freezer, put them in the oven... did this to a few of the field tile samples before we ordered the roofing system...brand new concrete shattered, not brava. However, it is a very different type of installation. Specifically, more technically challenging, precision detail work than concrete but it is also physically lighter work. It weighs a fraction of concrete, less stress on the body and the house's framing. There are more materials, more steps and higher complexity. It's designed to be maintenance free and very specifically installed for it to be warrantied and end up as clean looking as marketed by Brava. It has impact rating 4, class A fire resistance, water actually beads and rolls off of it, withstands 110mph winds and it is UV stabilized to not fade nor dry out and crack like concrete in high solar intensity.

The job included all premium materials - elevated Boral flow under battens and felt topped self adhering underlayment. Being Miami-Dade hurricane rated should mean Arizona monsoon seasons arent even worth mentioning, cool roof elevated battens should take some Arizona heat off of my attic. We did all of this so our kids could enjoy a still dry roof when we give them the house in 15 years, its supposed to be worry free beyond 35.

It should be goreous and shed water with a vengence.

Dont expect to find a cheap quick rip, tear off, drop and nail crew to tackle Brava composites. Its a completely different install than asphalt shingles, concrete, clay or metal.

Will update this review with end results about ProWest's completion as a first in Tucson and detail photos from my DJI and water shed tests...as they say, all that ends well is well.

They did amazing work! Worked hard in the summer heat. Answered my many, many questions and actually left my backyard cleaner than they found it. Can't recommend them enough!

They were great about getting my business but gave me the run around about the install. It kept raining and I kept getting more water damage. I finally got my roof installed two months later. About two months after that I got a leak. Its been about 9 months I'm still waiting for the interior to be fixed and I'm still not sure if the leak was fixed. Since I still have that water spot in the interior.

Had a great experience meeting Allie and Jordan two weeks ago, after I filed the claim an Allstate representative came out and approved a full roof replacement. I didn’t think this was at all possible because my roof is over 25 years old. They took great care in making sure me and my wife were aware of every step of the process. My roof looks beautiful and the extra ventilation Jordan recommended has lowered the number of times my AC turns on during the day significantly. Such a pleasant and smooth process. Responsive, with detailed written estimates, options for upgrades were provided with no pressure tactics, product samples were dropped off for us to look at, and our salesman Jason Alexander connected us with additional contractors to take care of repairs that need to happen to our house and garage before the roof could be started. We are very pleased with the final product, a beautiful GAF high definition architectural shingle roof. I can't believe the difference it makes in the appearance of our home!

In the beginning the team was very nice and thorough worked with the insurance to get the roof done in a timely manner so no complaints there... but they were so rushed to get the roof done in 1 day that something was not completed correctly ending in a leak when the monsoon storms came. Since it leaks to the inside of the house I was reassured that the inside where it leaked would be inspected and repaired and the outside would also be inspected and repaired. The outside portion was done but it has been going on 2 months almost since and no word on an inspection or repair for the inside. I have followed up 3 times and just keep getting reassured I'm on the books but never have a time given. I was guaranteed a call back by yesterday to ensure a date and time would be set again and now I'm very upset about the run around I'm getting and no call as promised. No help now since the company was already paid. Just disappointing.

I reached out to a few roofing contractors to get a patio repaired and ended up with a new roof altogether! The ProWest team handled most of the communications with my insurance company and filed all necessary paperwork. Unfortunately my project happened during the Texas cold freeze, so multiple claims adjusters were removed from my claim, causing the project and payments to be delayed. Josiah on the ProWest team stayed on top of my insurance company for required approvals and payments and always kept me informed what was going on. Definitely give ProWest a call if you need a new roof.

I was not looking forward to having my roof fixed as it is a daunting task but then I met with Zachary and he was wonderful! He talked me through every step along the way and answered every little question I had. Even dealing with the insurance company was not as painful as I had thought as he handled most of the paperwork. We received 3 different bids to replace our single story roof. All of them ranged from $11,000-$13,000 dollars. We got a tip from a friend about ProWest and had them come evaluate. Kevin and Rusty came out and suggested that after their evaluation of the roof that we should submit a homeowners claim to our insurance company for wind and hail damage. Kevin and Rusty handled all the paperwork and phone calls to the insurance company and ultimately got us a new roof at a very low cost to us! No other company even mentioned trying to get the insurance to pay for the roof due to the damage that was present. Doug and his brother knocked on my door to asked me if I knew about the storm damage on my roof, I was aware but my roof is 30 years old so I had no idea insurance would pay for it. We had a great experience with Prowest on replacing a leaking roof on an addition of our house. Jason was always incredibly responsive, got us a fair estimate, and made sure the job was done right. Jimmy at pro west went above and beyond!!!! Had some storm damage, called the insurance and that was it. Jimmy handled absolutely everything including the code change on my older home which included decking my old home. I'm so floored by these guys work ethic. ProWest was my second company to receive a quote and they came in respectable less than the first company and could conduct the repairs/replacement 8 weeks sooner. Protest llc is a great roofing company. Great customer care and quick response. They even found a flaw from a previous roof repair and they fixed it at a very minimal charge. Did the roof quickly and cleaned up the look like it was a new house. Very pleased with work. My mom recommended them and if mom says they are good you know they are good.

Not only did they do an excellent job on replacing the roofs of our 12 units, they abided by all code requirements with underlayment and roof pitch issues. They dealt with our insurance provider and adjuster while keeping us informed on all negotiations.

I met Mr. Rauch while out walking the dog, as they were finishing up the inspection on a roof in the neighborhood. After a brief conversation about how ProWest operated, and the work they were doing in the area, I went home and researched the company. Finding favorable reviews already, I called Jimmy and requested a consultation to repair and possibly replace my roof.

He came over, pointed out a few things I had noticed, and a few that I had missed. He also indicated that given the recent microbursts in the area, insurance may look to cover a portion of the work. As it turns out, he was right. He helped me through the insurance process, and ensured that the claims agent had all the information requested.

After approval, Jimmy kept us up to speed on the process, coordinating the delivery and unloading of the materials, and the scheduling around the actual work.

The crew of roofers that were assigned to our house were nothing short of fantastic. They arrived quite literally at daybreak, tarping off the different sections of the house, and setting up for tearing off the multiple layers previous owners had layered on top of each other. Within 2 days, the roof was completely stripped to plywood, damaged and rotting plywood replaced, old venting removed, water barrier installed, new shingles installed, trim completed, vents painted and replaced, and the entire area cleaned.

I'd personally recommend ProWest given the quality of the work I've seen thus far, the excellent communication, and their willingness to work around schedules.

Re-roofed house very efficient completed in 2 days per the estimate and cleaned up very well no issues day one stack roof tiles and take off old underlayment put down new underlayment day 2 replaced all flashings and replaced roof tiles and cleaned up and done. We interviewed and received bids from 4 roofers - yes, this is time consuming so hopefully this review will save you the work. Prowest was the 4th company we interviewed. The other 3 were very nice but when we met Donny with ProWest we knew our search was complete.
We hired ProWest and they exceeded our expectations - they provided personalized service, quality and beautiful new roof.
We own a 1960 Arcadia Ranch Home about 2800 SF on a 3/4 acre lot with big trees and mature desert landscape. The crew arrived early to remove the old roof. They placed tarps around the house and paid special attention to our very large cacti - they moved our BIG flower pots (flowers in full bloom) to shelter them from old roof tiles - then they started to work.....NON STOP......no messing around or socializing - this crew was efficient and dedicated. Late afternoon - our beautiful new roof was complete. The crew continued work - they lifted tarps, moved flower pots back in place (every blossom still intact) they swept around the house, used a blower to detail our walks and patios, they left our home and landscape in perfect condition. Donny was there and we walked the entire project and lot - he made sure we were happy with the work and the service. We thank you for an amazing job. I had nothing but an excellent experience with all the guys at Prowest, from Colin, the owner (who came out himself, with another crew member, AFTER DARK to tarp my half-finished roof about half an hour before a monster storm came out of nowhere and poured down rain, with high winds...whoa, I felt so fortunate for their timely action!), to Johnny, the project manager, and Efren, the foreman. Initially, I met Johnny, who immediately set my mind at ease with this whole process, as it was the first time I've had to replace a roof. I got a great vibe off of him, and trusted him from the get-go. He was able to get a WHOLE roof replacement covered by my insurance...in the beginning the insurance company was only going to cover the main house roof, not the carport or patio cover roofing. Two other roofing company reps from whom I got estimates apparently did not know enough about current standards/laws (?) to be able to convince my insurance rep that a whole roof replacement was in order. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Colin, the owner, came by to introduce himself and drop off the shingle color samples, and two times (not counting the extra tarping trip!) while the work was underway. He also told me about different attic vents from the old whirlybird vents that I had, which stuck out like a sore thumb from street view. I opted to go with these more streamlined vents he recommended and they were placed in a way that they are not visible from the street, so it looks much cleaner now! The guys also painted the exhaust vent pipes and flashings to match the shingle color so none of that stands out. It only took them two days to do my roof. It was a dream, and I am so very happy with it. You will not go wrong with Prowest!

I had damage to my roof after a big storm. Prowest did an awesome with handling all issues with my insurance company. There were a few things my insurance didn’t want to cover but with their due diligence Prowest was able to get everything covered and taken care of for me. They were always very responsive and proactive when it came to delivering information. After researching and reading other reviews I can see why they have such a good rating with the BBB, Yelp, and Google. If you are in need I would highly recommend Prowest!

After working on remodeling my home in Phoenix, AZ, I have found it overwhelming with the projects that keep coming up...Riley happened to drive by and stopped to talk about the opportunities of replacing the roof from storm damages; mind you, I never even had this on my to-do list until he mentioned it! I decided to look into it with him and he was so helpful and informative through the hole process. Riley became super busy but didn't want me to wait, so he was able to put me in contact with Mac and Jeff to move forward with the replacement. The process of getting the insurance adjustors to inspect the roof with Jeff was so much less stress than expected since I did not have to worry about being the main contact for the project; he was like my personal assistant that I've always wanted!! As soon as we got the approval from the adjustor that day, Jeff moved forward and got everything rolling......and here I am with a brand new roof in less than 2 months from when I started looking into it. The day they started the demo and replacement was way better than I expected since they were able to get over 90% done in the first day and they even took the time to cover my pool with a tarp and were careful of my newly painted house. I have already referred them to multiple family/friends and I couldn't be more thankful at how smooth and stress free they were able to make this on my family and I!

Doug knocked on my door, pointed out some shingles laying in my yard and asked why I have not had my roof replaced yet. I explained that I cannot afford it and he walked me through the insurance process, in the end I only paid a deductible and I could not be happier! So kind, Great young men! Roof was not fully completed. If you do use them, ask for a copy of the invoice that they’re sending the insurance company. There were a number of line items on the invoice that were not completed, yet billed. Most annoyingly of the items was that Jeff with ProWest said they would paint the new areas where you could see they replaced wood. They never did. I didn’t know it was billed so I paid someone to come paint the new areas and then saw that ProWest billed my insurance for this. I’ve noticed they do not paint any of the new awnings afterward on the houses in my neighborhood, but I bet they billed for it.

Great company to use. Prowest worked with my insurance company to repair our roof damage. Our representative from the company was Colby. He helped us work with the insurance company to get the entire roof repaired. Roof looks amazing! Many neighbors have commented on the new roof.

I had calls 3-4 times per day, text multiple times wanting our business and insurance money. Now we have been waiting over 4 weeks for our roof to be done. No response to text until days later. Roofing materials on roof for weeks. Still nothings scheduled even after paying them first insurance check two weeks ago! Today winds are blowing materials off roof! Very frustrating!

My wife and I were on vacation in July 2018 during a good amount of the month. If you're a fellow Arizonan, you know this is peak Monsoon Season. We had a friend check on our home toward the end of the month only to find some rather large leaks in our master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and living room.

I immediately remembered talking to a neighbor in our community who said he worked for ProWest Roofing. I called Jeff Guthrie and explained the issue. Within an hour, he was at our home (without us being out of town) and put tarps on the roof to prevent further damage.

Once we got back in town, I sent Jeff a message so that we could meet. He met me on my lunch break and had showed up early to get measurements to provide an accurate quote. He knew I had a short amount of time available and was able to chat and provide info, along with me still being able to eat lunch.

After Jeff reviewed our roof and internals, he said that the there were new City of Phoenix codes in place that would prevent him from replacing the roof without replacing the wood underneath the shingles. We discussed the issues at hand, and with Jeff's assistance, he helped me file my claim with my insurance as the 2018 Monsoon Season had caused extensive amounts of wind damage. He explained and showed evidence of the shingles being broken off, issues where the decking failed, and areas where mold had begun forming.

Fast forward 3 months - My new roof is beautiful and safe, my insurance company has covered my roof (with Jeff's assistance), and my wife and I are extremely happy! We are truly thankful for Jeff Guthrie of ProWest Roofing and would strongly suggest you do business with them. With their guidance, expertise and complete follow-thorough, you'll feel like you're their only customer during the entire process.

My roof was damaged due to the extreme wheather we were having in AZ around 7-31-18. A friend who works for prowest said he would get my roof replaced through insurance. So I let him do the repairs after insurance gave us the go ahead. Well, we are only a few months into having the new roof, we just had a bad rain storm and my drywall in my guest bedroom collapsed. AC unit was replaced before I had the roof done and there were no leaks, poor, poor work this company does. They are sending someone out to look at it but I dont think I want this company fixing there mistake, if you cant get it done right the first time why would i assume you'll get it right the second time. Wish I read the reviews before I used this company. Now i have water damage in my ceiling, walls and carpets. What a nightmare. Fyi some reviews are from employees of the company, dishonest people!

I've had two people come by my property for a repair estimate in the past week. The first was on Monday, and I was supposed to get an estimate on Tuesday. The second called me on Tuesday and scheduled to come take a look on Wednesday. I was told I would get an estimate on Thursday.

I still haven't received an estimate and it's now the following Monday. I have an issue that needs to be addressed and I feel that I've lost a week that I should have been working with a different company who will keep up with communication.

Had Zach for my roof install, he made sure the process was smooth and completely stress free. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future and would refer them to anyone that needs work. Best in the valley ?

I'm sorry to say that I will not recommend Pro West to anyone one that asked who did my roof. Promises made by Riely at the time of the contract were never kept. Plus there are many things that I don't like and care for on my roof!
As of this writing, I still do not feel on what I paid for this reroofing I got my money worth.
Extremely disappointed with Pro West and promises made and never carried out.

Gilbert with Prowest was able to get my roof replaced seamlessly with my insurance. The guys came out a couple weeks after approvals and had the entire roof torn off and 95% finished the same day. Very easy company to deal with. Thanks guys!

Johnny at Prowest was a lifesaver in getting our insurance to pay for damage to the house and getting our new roofing done. We had almost nothing to worry about, and the work was done very well. They went above and beyond our expectations!

I contacted Johnny at Prowest LLC. to get several quotes to replace all (or part) of a roof for a house I recently purchased in Glendale. I explained to Johnny that I was not sure how much money or work I wanted to put into the house at this time (due to moving, buying a house, other expenses, etc.), and wanted to spend as little money as possible at this point. Johnny came out to do an estimate and provided a quote to repair/ reset tile/ replace the underlayment for the tiled portions and a separate quote for the entire rolled roof replacement; both of which were extremely affordable considering the work required. I opted to have the tiled portion repaired/ replaced and wait to replace the rolled roof at a later date.

• The workers arrived early, cleaned up after themselves, and saved all reusable materials (to help reduce overall cost). The job in total took just under 4 days, during which they replaced and reset tiles on 4 roofs and 3 ridges, replaced 6 pieces of rotten plywood, built a valley for a converging roof, found new barrel tile (to match the existing ridge tile), and removed all old mortar packed material (and probably a few other things I didn't notice that went into the work).

•Throughout the process, Johnny was available for the questions I had about the work and cordially and clearly answered all of them.

I would recommend Prowest LLC. to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced due to the professionalism, affordability, and timeliness of service I experienced. I will definitely use Prowest LLC to replace the rolled roof in the near future.

I'll tell you that I was quite skeptical when Mike and Jordan told me that the wind damage to my roof would be covered by my home insurance. I don't know how old the roof was as it was on the house when I bought it. But most opinions I heard put it at least 30 years old. A storm blew off a bunch of shingles and I had to do something. So I thought what do I have to lose? You could have knocked me over with a feather when it was approved. A fifteen thousand dollar roof for the price of my deductible. And since mine was high, they offered a $500 credit for putting a sign in my yard. I was charged $1000.00 for the rather extensive wood repair that included 20 sheets of 5/8 osb that my patio roof desperately needed and a lot of patching the planks on the main roof. The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier getting a $15,000 roof and all of the wood repairs for $2250 out of pocket.

I never thought I'd have a chance at getting insurance coverage for a roof replacement for I was denied coverage in the past. Doni approached me and assured me he would be able to help me for I had more than enough reason due to storm damage to have my insurance cover the expense. I was a little weary for I had got the run around from multiple companies prior. Being a single female that lives alone I find it very hard to find people you can trust when dealing with situations like this. Being exhausted and desperate I felt I had nothing to lose to see what Doni had to offer. He was there during the phone call to insurance and he was there during the inspection from my Insurance adjuster. After he went over codes and regulations with him...I got approved!!! Quick and professional, these guys know roof. They did our two story split roof in two days. And witnessed how they work while watching them work on the garage. I only gave 4 stars because the crew didn't seem to mined that there was nails and staples all over the neighbors yard after they finished our roof.

We just had our roof redone as well as a carport roof removed and new patio with a roof built. The crew was communicative and courteous and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. The workmanship on the patio and roof is exceptional. We don't own this house, but if we ever get down the road to owning one that needs a new roof, we are absolutely calling Prowest!

No soliciting, means N O S O L I C I T I N G!!! Kevin Barnes is very unprofessional. I understand that people canvas neighborhoods to get potential business. But when homeowners have signs posted,...they have to be respected. I sat there in my office and noticed someone walk up to my front patio, and immediately turn around. Ten minutes later, I went out front to my driveway to see if a package was left, because we have orders delivered all the time. As I walked out, I noticed a business card on the short block wall that leads to my patio and front door. This tells me a lot about the corners that a company like this is willing to take to make a dollar. I was actually considering looking around to get some estimates for my roof. I can guarantee that Prowest will definitely not be one of consideration.

Steve Downs inspected our roof, it had micro burst. He helped us filing the claim, the insurance adjuster agreed the roof was damaged and paid for it. The crew did an outstanding job, finished the roof in a day.

I'm so grateful that we found Anthony and Prowest. He showed me where my roof had problems, ones I didn't even pay attention to. Who really looks at the roof? We had some tornado damage right after Thanksgiving when three trees were blown over. Jordan and Steve did a great job of fixing our house. They guided the process with insurance and gave us a discount for putting up an advertisement sign in our front yard.

Anthony was professional, honest, and the work they did was high quality. We had previously dealt with a low quality contractor that never showed up on time or did what was promised. ProWest was on time, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner.

STOP! DO NOT HIRE PROWEST! Save yourself time, money, energy, and frustration. On no less than 3 occasions we confirmed with Brian that his men would replace all damaged plywood on our patio roof. They only replaced half of the damaged wood, and when we confronted Brian about it we were met with hostility and complete refusal to do the job properly. There is plywood on my roof that flaps in the breeze, and pieces of trim have been falling off my house randomly because they were not installed properly. Prowest is a joke. Find someone else.

Had there project manger Steve out to give me a estimate.. Which I never got, sent him a text no reply. So the next day I sent one last text. I told him to give me the quote, and I will work with my insurance not him.. So long story short because I wouldn't let them screw me thru my insurance they blew me off.. Crew was fast and organized, didn’t understand English. During siesta time the taco wagon shows up. They pop their coke and orange bottles and just liter the street and yard with them. Never picking them up. I kept blowing my courtyard . I kept up ahead of them. They rang my bell to blow. I told them no need. We both gave fingers up. Next thing I know he’s blowing alley and blows it all back into my courtyard. I was furious.

James, my sales rep, impressed me with his positive attitude. He told me my Insurance would pay for the storm damage to my roof, and they did.

I called these guys Douglas and his brother to get an estimate on a roof, expecting to pay out of pocket these guys got up on my roof and explained that I have obvious storm damage, worked with my insurance company and got me fully approved I paid nothing but a very small deductible! These guys were very friendly and helpful and got my roof built in less than a month!

At the start of tear off of old roof, I had visions of flat tires in my future, but because of the great job by the ground crew, I have not found a single nail or piece of debris in the yard or driveway.
