Best Shingles in Phoenix AZ

My landlord hired these guys to fix the roof a couple of months ago. Took them a few missed appointments to show up, and when they did, the inspection was minuscule at best. They fixed the leak, or so they assumed. Except that it's leaking WORSE now! Finding someone else to actually fix it this time around.

I would like other folks to know that I have had a great experience with TSM Roofing. I called TSM and spoke with one of the owners Sheldon Murphy. He was able to quickly respond to my roof leakage issue. After the next rain, we discovered that the leak had not yet been found despite Sheldon's best guess as to it's origin. I called Sheldon and he came over immediately to resolve the issue. It took a few hours to find the issue but he persisted until he found it. This was an extremely difficult leak to find but Sheldon never gave up. We have since had several days of rain and NOT ONE DROP has leaked through the roof. It is rare that you find someone like Sheldon that stands behind his work like he did. I strongly recommend TSM Roofing for any roof issue. I could not be more satisfied with TSM Roofing.

Ky-Ko puts on a good roof, workers are polite, and Owner's son is very polite and knowlegeable. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. If it weren't for that and the lack of warning of such notice, and the somewhat chaotic office staff, I would have given them a 5 star review. Be proactive and don't wait for them to get in touch - they'll send you the preliminary lien service document to file a lien on your property before you even get a final bill. I don't agree with this protocol personally.

WOW - This is the first review I've ever left but I thought I just had to share.. The customer service that Lyons provided was unlike any other I've seen! I spoke with two different representatives at Lyons and they were both extremely friendly, patient and beyond helpful. They were unable to get a guy out in the time we needed them but they were generous enough to share other recommendations for me and I am beyond grateful! They went above and beyond. Being a Realtor in today's market it can be difficult to find reliable and patient vendors and I'm proud to say that I would happily recommend them to any of my friends or clients! Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

I wish I can give more stars. This company went above and beyond my expectations. My home got hit by a storm shortly after I left for a 4 month tour. JR took care of me 100%. When my patio cover was destroyed and dangerously flopping around, he sent one of his guys over to dismantle it for safety. Even before I officially gave him the green light to go. That company earned my business by being polite, Courteous, professional and always there to answer my questions. Its hard traveling for work and not being able to supervise major things going on with your home. You can trust these people 100%. He also worked with my Air conditionong installer to make sure the job was done and i was happy. 500% recomended by me. I would hire him again but the warranty on the roof is superb.
Please hire this company for your roofing needs. You wont regret it.

Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
