I have a very large roof and switched from tile to shingle, everything ran like a well oiled machine, even with rain interrupting occasionally. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Quality of the work was outstanding, and site manager Nick stayed in touch and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Shout out as well to Brad with sales, he answered all my questions and represented the company very well. They weren't the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but you get what you pay for and am glad I made the choice I did.

On Dec. 14 & 15, 2020, TSM replaced our underlayment under the tile roof. Tyler was the company rep that we worked with from start to finish. Their bid was competitive and exact. All of the workers were experienced and courteous. Tyler checked in with us every day. When the job was completed, they made sure everything was clean 100%. We are totally happy with TSM's job and would recommend as well as use them again.

Jari was a gentleman and very helpful in assessing our needs for a vent pipe leak. Went on roof, noticed no leak, took the extra step and looked in our crawl attic space to see if the pipe was leaking from the roof. No leaks which saved us $$ on an unnecessary roof repair! I needed a new roof this summer and contacted many roofing companies to inspect and make proposals. Jessie from Brown Roofing made a good inspection and discussed the options and value of there proposal.. Price isn’t everything as they provided some additional features such as venting and an upgraded shingle for a very competitive price. Once the materials were available they made an appointment and did a great job removing the old roof and installing the new roof. They didn’t charge any more than the the original quote even though a couple of upgrades were included. Craig Brown is the owner and arrived with the crew at the start and the finish as well. Craig and the whole company made this a great experience. I would highly recommend using this company.

To be clear I purchased the house with the roof under warranty so I can't speak on the installation process. Using the warranty I have had generally good customer service experiences. Only once was there an issue but it was probably just because I happened to call during a really busy time. A manager reached out to me later to clarify the issues.

At my request the roof was inspected and two weeks later it was repaired. They are an outstanding Company

He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

The salesperson, Korbyn was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the installment process as well as answering my questions. The crew, Dave's crew was from Minnesota and they were a good bunch. They were punctual and efficient. The guys didn't start too early or work too late so the neighbors were happy. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. The roof presented them with a couple challenges due to odd angles and valleys but the end result was really nice.
