Had the pleasure of doing business with TSM Roofing. They replaced my worn out roof and did it exceptionally. All the workers were professional and the job was done on time and looks great. I would highly recommend them if your in the market for work on your roof!

We solicited several bids to re-roof our home. It had a tile roof that was over 20 years old. We selected Renco based on Yelp reviews, interactions with sales staff and price.

Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.

Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day. We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

The contracted work was performed in a timely fashion at the quoted price. Workmanship and materials were good and the work site was left clean.

I have read the reviews after I called for an estimate, if the negatives were honestly vented because of the inefficiency of america roofing I will call another contractor.

From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. I needed some concrete tiles repaired and Jack the owner of the company came out gave me an estimate and returned to do the work himself. It was a pleasure to meet a man of integrity like him. They were on time. Roof looks great. The property was very clran when they were done. Only one flower was destroyed (my wife won't like that). The early guy was pleasant. The pictures were a surprise!! They did good work. I'm happy with them.

A neighbor of mine contacted GEO concerning some roof tiles that had come off her roof during a storm earlier this year. She contacted GEO to have them look at the roof and quote on the job. Mike, from GEO, came out and after replacing the tiles indicated that there would not be a charge and that he would generate a quote to perform a permanent repair due to some damaged underlayment. I was very impressed by Mike’s professionalism, care to detail and thoughtfulness on consider the cost for an 87 year old customer. I relayed the story to another neighbor he immediately wanted to know if I had a spare GEO business card. I will strongly consider GEO if I need a roof repair and when it is time to replace my roof.
