We solicited several bids to re-roof our home. It had a tile roof that was over 20 years old. We selected Renco based on Yelp reviews, interactions with sales staff and price.

Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.

Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day. We had a new roof put on our residence recently and Brown Roofing did an excellent job. They made sure that it was customized to our satisfaction.They were on time, returned our calls promptly, and completed the job on time.

For what it's worth, I see their truck driving around with an infowars bumper sticker.

I called in today for full roof replacement estimate. Lyons have poor customer service. One lady answered the phone and with out warning another one jumped in. I though was getting help, but the second lady said, the other lady had to leave. I had to provide the same information again to the second lady, which is not convenient to me. The people might do good job or bad, I do not know, but their customer service needs to go through a business environment training.
I do not need to be treated poorly, because I am customer and bringing to them job.

We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

I had a very good experience with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling after last month's rains. They were the first to come and evaluate the leak and give an estimate for repairs. The price was reasonable and the job, a combination of tile replacement and flat roof repair, was done quickly and efficiently. I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

John took care of everything from start to finish. His entire crew was highly experienced and professional.

Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

I hired Geo Roofing, one of the premier roofing contractors in Phoenix, to fix my roof. I cannot recommend this company enough for their exceptional service, professionalism, and top-notch roofing work.

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.
