Best Roof Replacement Project in Phoenix AZ

My home’s roof was damaged in an August monsoon storm. Damage was enough to require re-roofing. I had used Scott Roofing Company in 2011 to re-roof my patio, and they did an excellent job (the patio roof was not damaged in the monsoon storm). I decided to have Scott Roofing Company do my home’s re-roofing. They did a superb job, and I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had roof damage on my home last year and met Jeff Guthrie and his brother Josiah who came with a solution. They made the entire experience easy and effortless, actually. Dealing with insurance can be intimidating and they helped me understand and walk through the process with confidence. I would highly recommend using their services. My roof was done in ONE DAY! With an extremely clean job site the whole way through. (Not even a nail left behind).
Jeff and Josiah are professional, affordable and friendly. I'm so happy I used Pro West as it is a fantastic company. I have recommend them to neighbors with roof issues.

Thorough and complete estimate. Excellent communication between the customer, project manager, workers and office. Fair price for the superior workmanship, materials, and overall customer relations. Always answered questions when I called.

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

This was my first experience with a roofer. It was a positive one as I was given a good price with excellent and timely service. There weren't any surprises as he explained the process from what the insurance covered, to when my new roof would be installed. I'd call him again for my next roof project.

Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

We had about 4 other quotes and this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. We went with them because they were thorough about what they were including in the price and were able to complete it in a timely manner (they actually came on a Saturday to do the final touches). From the time workers arrived, they were professional and courteous in regards to needing gates open, cleaning up after themselves, and letting me know if they were done for the day or planning to return. The roof looks beautiful, and we are very pleased with our decision to go with Diversified!
