Best Replacement Roof Shingles in Phoenix AZ

I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled 'next day' through Home Advisor. Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches.

I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

TSM Roofing is the BEST! From the first phone contact to everything in between to the end was GREAT! TSM was very friendly, professional, reasonably priced and HONEST, keeping us in the loop and NO nickel and diming. The office staff, estimator and workers were a pleasure to deal with. All of our questions were answered in an easy to understand manner. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job and my neighbors commented on how quickly and beautifully it looks. Renco Roofing was referred to me by several people who have used their services and loved them. I am very happy with their work. They are professional, courteous, and very good. I attached a few photos to show their work. The photo of the home plus roof is my home. It illustates the clean lines of the roof, the attention to detail like dying the white cement red to blend in with the tiles, and the near perfect alignment of the tiles along the roof. For comparison I attached a photo of part of the roof of neighbor's home that has just been reroofed. Notice the contrast of the white cement with the red tiles, the crooked alignment of the tiles on the roof and the choppy roof line.

I had four companies come over and give me a quote. Ernie was by far the most informative, knowledgeable and the only one who sat down, pulled out a calculator, and itemized the quote. Everyone else just pulled a price out of thin air. This whole shingle roof repair was easy and the crew did a great job, they were on time, they clean up after. I was informed the whole way through. I highly recommend KYKO.

Didn't use them. I had another company do the roof repairs because I was told you were booked out till September. I needed the roof repair done sooner.

I have read the reviews after I called for an estimate, if the negatives were honestly vented because of the inefficiency of america roofing I will call another contractor.

This company took advantage of my Mother who is elderly and disabled. Before she had a chance to research their company and see past projects or see reviews of past customers, before she had a chance to shop around and see what other companies had to offer in comparison to what this company was willing to do, before she was even able to show me the details of this project and how this company was qualified to do the work, they coerced her in to signing an agreement to have them do the work. Initially they told her that the insurance would cover all of the work and seemed willing to accept the amount the insurance approved of to get this project done.
But they lied to her and had her pay $1,000 down, said it was for the insurance deductible. The insurance company paid over $10k and now they are calling her like everyday asking her for more money.
They didn't give her the color shingles she requested and most likely used materials that were discounted or cheaper. They left all sorts of debris all around the house and spilled tar on the side of the house my Mom had to call them back out to the house to clean up.
This company is NOT
ethical in its dealings with senior citizens and
we will never have them do work for us again.

We worked with Hayden Hobbs, project manager. My husband and I were both very impressed with his professionalism. Our first meeting was very informative. He explained exactly how everything would work. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Hayden did all the work with our insurance company. This all came together in one week. We got a whole NEW ROOF. When the crew arrived in the morning ( very punctual) they got right to work. We could not believe it but by 5:00 pm they were cleaning up. They completely finished the roof in one day. Hayden was here to check things out. We could not be more pleased. BRAVO!!!!! EXCELLENT JOB! We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.
