Great experience! KYKO was on time for every appointment, the lowest estimate of three, pulled off the old, flat roof and put on a new one with a 10 year warranty! Twice the warranty of the other companies. Even fixed some broken and shifted tiles on the other part of the roof. KYKO is fantastic!

Almeida roofing was recommended by a neighbor and his recommendation was a good one. I bid the job out and Almeida was the most attractive bid. They replaced the underlayment on our tile roof. They scheduled the job promptly and followed the outlined schedule to the letter. All elements of the job were performed on a timely and professional basis. Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Vertex roofing (Phoenix) did the metal roof installation for our home. The representative drove down to Tucson and patiently detailed the complete process for the metal roof installation and why it would be our last. Due to COVID and a custom color choice for the metal, our wait time to start the project was several months. However once the crew arrived the process went quickly and the team was extremely efficient, professional and courteous throughout the timespan needed to remove the existing mission tile and custom fit the new metal roof. I highly recommend Vertex.

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!
