Best Phoenix Roofing Repair in Phoenix AZ

I scheduled an appointment and was able to have someone out within the week. John called earlier that morning to see if we could move up the time as he was running ahead on appointments. I agreed and he came out and assessed the roof. No current repairs were needed but he did provide a suggestion related to the new installed a/c and the materials used around the seams.
John took his time to explain every concern I brought up. He also gave advice about extending the length of the roof life. I will definitely use Scott roofing in the future when I need to replace my roof or any other needs.

They do not tell the truth, their web page says 100% guarantee, but they write NO WARRANTY on their estimates. The labor charge for the time they were here is about $500 per hour. Roof leak after two trips still not fixed.

They came when they said they would. They finished on time. I had phone calls and pictures as the project moved along. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service and workmanship. 5 stars all the way!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

I spoke with Jack yesterday. I really appreciate he took the time to answer some of my general roofing questions and provided much knowledge and insight regarding proper installation.

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

Samme came out to my house and performed a friendly and through inspection.
There was no hail damage but a few little things caused by a tree and Samme offered me advice on how to correct myself it properly.

Very pleasant to work with. On the most recent occasion, I had a leak from the roof above my closet. Power was out. My wife walked in the closet in the dark, slipped, fell, and broke her kneecap! It was weekend. I called Steven first thing Monday and he came out the same day to get it fixed since my wife now needed surgery and could not have managed without the use of my bathroom. In an emergency, Diversified prioritized my need above others and came to our rescue. He was very responsive even after the damage from hurricane Harvey, too. Have engaged him in an annual service contract since then and have been very happy.

Never worked there personally. But a friend did and he has no complains
