Best roofing company in the valley! 5 stars would highly recommend them to anyone, family owned and operated. Great team in the office and in the field. Was amazed by the quality and teamwork by the crew. The crew was a huge team who all knew their roles and they worked efficiently together, so impressed with all aspects of this company!

Lars came out 2 days after we contacted RENCO, super nice guy, he went over everything we needed to know so we went a head and scheduled for them to replace our flat roof.

They called us day before the scheduled day to confirm the job and what time they would arrive. Mark and his crew worked on our roof from 5am to 3, they got it all done in one day!! Very clean, covered everything around our house ( car, pool, patio furniture etc.) to protect it from over spray, to make sure it didn’t get anything on it.

We went with this company because of the good reviews and also how easy and knowledgeable Lars was. We are very happy !! We would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of a new roof! Mark and his crew gets stuff done!

As for price, I’m happy with what we paid, could probably have found lower, but we were not looking for a Groupon deal, wanted a solid company that stands by their work.

It's been a little scary getting a roofing company that will do EXACTLY what they say they're going to do, and do it at a fair price. I finally found the right folks after 3 attempts with others. These people are solid, and you can trust them to do high quality work, on time.

In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Patterson Roofing did a very good job on my roof replacement. Punctual, very good work ethic, competitive pricing and quality work. I strongly recommend Patterson. Finding a good roofer is hard. Patterson is a quality outfit.

We we were selling our home and the new owners requested a few minor spot repairs on the roof. Jack was able to give us an estimate based on the home inspection report over the phone and squeezed us in the very next day. Jack and Mike were very professional, responsive, and on time. If we ever have roof trouble at our next home, PR&R will be our first call.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Diversified Roofing has been the best roofing company I have worked with both commercial and residential. Being in property management you work with many many roofing companies and Diversified has been the best by far.

Thanks Sean your honesty and knowledge of roofing was very helpful Sean and his crew was completely Pleasant experience to deal with and have to work on our roof. Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! Has them out a couple times and they've done fantastic work both times. Friendly, professional, able to talk through the issues and give accurate estimates. Really appreciate all the work they've done on my house!

We recommend In-Ex Designs for your underlay replacement project. We had a very good experience working with In-Ex Designs Roofing for our underlay replacement project. In-Ex's pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was our point of contact and he made the entire process smooth. He was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated the emails to help us get ready for the project. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job is over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn't notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. The crew was back later that week for the punch list and completed everything to our satisfaction. Thank you In-Ex!
