Best New Concrete in Phoenix AZ

I called for my hot water not working. I told them any parts were covered from the manufacturer, and I had an authorization # for parts if needed. I was told $65 to come out. They guy came out and I told him to check the gfi first, which I couldn't get to. He did, and that's what it was. It started right up. He said he just wanted to check a couple of more things. 20 minutes later he says he's done and charges me $150.00!! For what, I ask? Well, there was nothing to fix, so it switches to an hourly fee with a $150.00 minimum. I called their office to question this whole thing, and was told sorry if you weren't told that on the phone!! Complete dishonesty and gouging!!
