From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

I give two thumbs up and five stars, very good company to do business with.

Arizona's Finest Roofing lived up to their name when they removed the tile, replaced all the under materials and replaced the tiles on the tile part of my roof. They also recoated my flat roof and patio roof. Laurie and Dawn was so helpful and keeping me posted and in working with the work crew to ensure strict HOA rules were not infringed upon. Matt explained the scope of work in layman terms and made me feel comfortable that I made the correct choice in choosing Arizona's Finest Roofing.
Felipe and his crew even took away my umbrella that had been damaged beyond repair by the recent winds. Felipe also was kind enough to let me know when they finished.
Every person that I was in contact with, either my phone, email or in person were professional, caring and patient. The photos that were furnished were very helpful and appreciated.

Has them out a couple times and they've done fantastic work both times. Friendly, professional, able to talk through the issues and give accurate estimates. Really appreciate all the work they've done on my house!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

Consulted with several roofing companies to repair a tile roof leak and replace a flat roof on a covered patio, and to my absolute satisfaction, ended up using Arizona’s Finest Roofing. Throughout the entire process, Danny, April and Dawn were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Danny arrived on time to provide the initial estimate and walked me through his findings in great detail. Within 48 hours, I received a written estimate itemizing the cost, repairs and materials to be used. April and Dawn are very friendly, prompt in returning phone calls and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a very professional, clean and respectful manner. Remarkable company and team of people all the way around!

We have used Arizona's Finest Roofing for both roof repairs and a full roof replacement. They will let you know what condition your roof is in and what repairs are needed. If you need need your roof to be completely redone they will provide you a range of options to fit your budget and needs. Danny has been great to work with over the years.

Today was the second occasion that I used AZ Finest Roofing. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. They came on time to do the estimate and the work. They emailed their estimate, the date and time of work, and a receipt. The quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up upon completion, and didn't try to upsell me, plus everyone was personable.

Great job. Went above and beyond. My roof looks great and I am impressed by his level of work. Even cleaned up the mess in my front yard before he left. Recommend AZ Finest Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I was driving on E. Southern Ave. And Ellsworth when one of your drivers was heading into the turn lane with no turn signal. If I didn't break hard he would have just hit me and pushed me into the curb. As we reached the turn onto Ellsworth he still did not have his turn signal on as he continued on his way. Please talk to your employees on safety while driving on the road.

Pouring down rain and roof is leaking. They sent someone immediately to put a tarp on. The followup to determine the problem and make repairs was prompt and professional. They kept me advised with phone calls and photos throughout. Very pleased.

I would recommend your company to anyone! We've used your services twice and both times the work was completed professionally and above expectations. Easy to work with and straightforward and honest.
