This company was great from start to finish. From the inspection with Wendell, I immediately noticed a vast difference from the other roofing companies that came out to inspect. He took the time to explain things, answered all my questions, and the bid was fair. Communication from the start was great and on the day of my roof install, the team showed up as scheduled and we had just trimmed all my trees so had piles of tree debris in the yard that we planned to cut up and put in my garbage. Benjamin offered to put the piles of tree debris in the dumpster they brought for the roof debris. The crew worked fast and were efficient and the job was completed much sooner than expected. After the roof was installed they cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess left behind. Above and beyond from start to finish. So glad I chose this company. I had a good feeling about them from the start and went with my gut. Would definitely use them again. Thank you for everything!

My experience with KY-KO's representative (Mr Jimenez) was very professional. He responded promptly & was very customer-oriented. He even went over and above his duty to help fixed my roof (a leak that was not repaired properly by another contractor) prior to the scheduled date. If not for Mr Jimenez, water would have leaked from the same area, as it rained a day after he fixed it. I would strongly recommend KO-KO for your roof repair as I had researched a few other contractors and KO-KO was my best choice.

We recently had our flat foam roof replaced by Lyons Roofing. Great to work with and so personable and nice. I was impressed with their professionalism and great work. The workers were great and the project manager kept us updated on everything that was being done. They cleaned up beautifully. After they were done, our project manager thoroughly inspected everything - even sending workers back because he was not 100% satisfied with one small detail. I would recommend this company to everyone!

My landlord chose this company, to repair our roof. Long story short, they left the day of the storm, 7/30/18, and did not protect the roof. The inside of building got destroyed, as well as over $18,000 of damage to personal property....so far no returned calls from the company, and not getting any luck contacting them through landlord either.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

Eric was very responsive and professional during a storm cause the need for emergency tarping to several homes. He communicated great and worked long into the night to make sure all clients were taken care of.

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

Pete was on time and took the time to explain how our roofing would go. We’ve been a little hesitant, not sure who we could depend on. He came through with flying colors. Roof was completed on time and looks great!!!

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

This company did an excellent job re-roofing our home! They were highly professional, prompt and efficient. They completed the job in one day, which included clearing our roof of snow, stripping the old shingles and discovering that the plywood needed replacing, stripped all of that and replaced it with new before doing the new roofin. All in one day!
