There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Needed our roof repaired from the hail storm several months ago and this company was the best decision we made! The guys were professional, on-time, completed the job in a timely manner and their clean up was exceptional. They discovered some rotten wood around a vent and repaired it also installed some flashing to ensure we do not have any water damage. Our new roof looks fantastic! Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!!
