He spent quite a long time looking everything over and explained everything we needed to know. We had Brad as our superintendent and he and his crew did an excellent job. Our Arcadia home was in dire need of extensive roof repair. Lots of wood replacement and 3 layer tear-off. KY-KO promise that the work would be done with the utmost care of garden and landscaping that is all around the perimeter of roof. They tarped off everything and cleaned up daily, the carpentry was done with precision. And over all a great experience. Job was walked twice before install and inspected afterwards for craftsmanship and cleanliness. Super Good Job KY-KO

The staff were friendly and did a thorough job. It's 110 degrees outside and I've noticed our garage is very comfortable now. It was unbearable prior to the roof being redone. The gutter manager was very impressed with the work that was done. The flashings were done properly and he was impressed that they used the bird stop that had the larger weep holes which is more expensive and hard to find. They used 40# felt double layer as we requested. Many roofers were only using #30. Thanks for the great job!

What an honest company! A rarity today. Steve took the time to determine where a leak was really coming from and then what to do about it even though it meant no business for them. Wow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

The crew would show up before 8am everyday, were curteous and respectful to the property. The owners were on the project daily to oversee the work progress and check in with us. Austin was great to deal with starting with estimate til closing the contract, always available for questions and discussions. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price fair.
