Being new to the area 3 years ago we went with Penguin based on referrals by neighbors and family. We truly appreciate all of the repair services we have had completed from water heater, plumbing concerns and AC repair. All services were preformed under our purchased service contract, which everyone in AZ should have. We especially want to point out the company's most accomplished service techs Zeb Spencer and Stefano Camardella. These two gentlemen are always requested by us for AC and plumbing. Their services are courteous and professional and are always completed as needed. No Hard Sales for new equipment and no overcharging. And we always receive an appointment email confirmation with date/time of service with a photo of the tech in their penguin uniform. Also all invoices and repair/equipment photos are sent via email which is very helpful. Penguin is the best!!!!

Our AC started leaking and was pooling under the pedestal and these folks were able to get a guy out in under two hours . He fixed the problem for the time and suggested a more permanent fix which was very helpful and we will be going forward with. Thanks guys.

So our air broke down at 930pm and I called and Jimmy came out and fixed it right up for us. He was the sweetest guy ever! I made sure I gave him a water because it was hot. And come to find out he is the owner of Arcadia air that was awesome ! I would recommend this company to anyone and the price was so low I mean come on there is nothing better then getting. Great experience with George Brazil. Bryan W. arrived and immediately made me feel at ease. He was confident, and clearly knew the ins and outs of my nearly 20yr-old unit. He identified the issue, double checked my unit, and had me fixed in no time. He also walked me through several tips and tricks for maintaining my AC unit. We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock todayI received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!********************Follow up: I received a personal phone call from Patrick Riley himself this afternoon regarding our above experience. He promises immediate resolution and was very apologetic regarding the whole incident. This is the type of service I had grown to expect and experience with Patrick Riley. Definitely appreciate the immediate response.

Through Service Rep Jason, he started the wheels turning and process of getting technicians Jose, Terrance, and Mitchell from PROSKILL out to my house quickly in delivering and installing a brand new Trane AC unit for me and my goldendoodle puppy Zeek. Arrived at 7:00am as they said they would be. They immediately start in on using their knowledge, experience, and professional prowess in taking out the old unit and strategically placing the new unit, with a crane, in and putting in the new thermostat and showing me with great patience how to correctly operate and use it for my benefit and ease of operation. They went on as they worked steadily to be so friendly and kind to my puppy Zeek who joyfully and thoroughly enjoyed their kindness and thoughtfulness and new friendships. I was blessed mightily with three very dedicated technicians who are just really outstanding at their vocation and friendliness. As we all know it is sometimes not too common to have such professionalism and dedication service expressed and delivered in what they do joyfully and caringly. They brought much needed comfort and normalcy back to our lives and belief in the fact that there ARE really good and proud technicians out there. Jose, Terrance, and Mitchell proved that to me today. These guys are awesome and really, really good!!

We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.

I called them 10 times. No one respond to my call. And thier voicemail box is also full. I don't know how they are running thier business.
