Shawn has been servicing our home for several years. He has always called well in advance so we can make arrangements to keep our garage available for him. He comes when he says he will. The products used keep us pretty pest free--as pest free as anyone in the desert can be when we no longer have a winter to control pests. Any issues are promptly resolved. Spent $450 to have my bird problem taken care of. The birds were back the next day. Was told to wait to see that they relocate, it will take time. I waited a month. Climbed on the roof and found them still nesting. Berry refused to fix the problem until I forked over another $200.

Our homes perimeter is not easily traversed, yet he went the distance to make sure all of the bait stations were filled. Kenneth Workman was nice and friendly, and our 'critter' issue seems to have been resolved. I highly recommend their services.

These young men are very professional very friendly and their pricing is awesome. Cameron was more than personable! Green Home comes out every couple weeks to spray our facility and they always greet us and call ahead of time. They give us tips and tricks as well to keep our facility lookin great. Cameron is always very polite and helpful :)

I would like to take a moment to let my community know of the excellent service we have received from Mike with 303 Pest Control to solve our SCORPION problem. We have lived in Surprise Farms for over 10 years but of about 3 years ago we began to really see an obscene amount of scorpions. Keep in mind we have used several of the big name pest control companies around the valley since we moved in and still kept having daily run in with scorpions inside the house. I mean we were getting scorpions in the kitchen, in the kids rooms, in the light fixtures, on the walls, you name it. It was like all of a sudden we were infested after many years of never seeing one. We gave Mike a call and he was attentive gave us that good old fashioned customer service from a friendly face and quality service. He did some miracle work because since we started using him over 11 months ago we have yet to see another scorpion in the house. I can tell you that he solved our problem and he earned our friendship. What a win win. Friendly service from the same friendly face no revolving door of service techs just friendly Mike and no more scorpions. Definitely worth writing this review. We cant thank him enough.
Worth every penny!

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
