Scam. I needed a small leak fixed on my roof took them over 2 weeks to come look at it. The lady on the phone told me I didn't need to be there when I set the appointment. The guy called to tell me he was almost there and I told him I am at work and wont be there he said that is fine I'll just do my thing. Took them another 2 days to write up an estimate. When I got the estimate it was for a brand new roof. I called and explained it was just a leak. The lady told me that since I wasnt there he didn't know where the leak was. Instead of doing the smart thing and maybe calling and asking me where it was he thought it would be ok to just assume I wanted to pay for a brand new roof. The lady tried to convince me that was normal? And all she would do is leave a note for the guy in the file and seemed frustrated that I wouldn't just pay for a new roof.

My hoa hired this company. They started my building at a reasonable time after 7am on a weekday and finished my building before 5pm. They came and notified me of a concern with my ac unit and wanted to make sure it was working properly which it wasn't. They stayed about an hour after they had completed the roof to fix my ac unit and make sure it was blowing cold again. All the guys I spoke with were polite and friendly.

I am a first time homebuyer and needed a new roof. I was searching for days and was getting a little tired especially with seeing so many bad reviews. I came a cross Brown Roofing and after talking to Jessie and having him come out to give me a quote I had a good feeling. I had appointments with other companies but Jessie was so informative and pleasant that it wasn’t a hard decision to make. Scheduling did take a long time but I think it was worth the wait. Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing much about repairs especially roofing can put you on edge when dealing with people and hoping you don’t get taken advantage of. Thank you Jessie and Craig!

Horrible experience. Communication was poor from the get go. We were told that we were on the schedule for the first week of January. The date passed and I made calls to the office and was told I would get a call back. No call was received. I called repeatedly and was treated very rudely by the individual who answered. Eventually we're were scheduled and the job happened. Two folks showed up did the work and left without any communication or follow up with myself or my wife. After checking the work I discovered it was not done. We mentioned water damaged sections and we're told they would be replaced. So I called the office and was greeted by the same rude individual who proceeded to argue with me about what was supposed to be done. Eventually the what and why was made clear. That it wasn't communicated from the beginning is unsatisfactory for a company that is Crazy About Quality. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

- Edit: We were told that a crew would be scheduled to remediate our issues. This has not happened. Review updated to one star since they got their money and I'll be fixing the issues myself.

Amazing service. Most well coordinated process I have seen. A series of little teams comes out, each to do their bit. Each is in and out of there in record time because they are focused on what they do. Each team does immaculate job of cleaning up. And the Project Manager is playing an active role in the flow and decisions and keeping me informed. I am SO impressed. And thank you for your compassionate service helping our family coordinate this job in light of struggles from recent loss of homeowner. Service and a heart! I highly recommend.

They offer financing and do a great job.

Marty and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had to do a last minute inspection on a house we are seeking to buy and Marty was extremely accommodating to make an inspection happen! I highly recommend this company if you are seeking a company who is honest, reliable!

In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

We’ve had an intermediate small leak in our roof. I called Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling to have it looked at. The owner Jack came out to inspect our roof & was able very quickly identify the cause of the leak & fix it. Jack was very down to earth & professional & did a great job.

4th roofing company we had come out to look at our roof. We decided to use Multi Pro on the spot. Kris is by far the most professional, thorough, punctual, communicative…all the words! As a long time home owner, with many projects under my belt, I can’t say enough good things about this entire experience!

Excellent service and work done on my house

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

Michael is a rare breed nowadays when it comes to customer service. I come from a customer service background and I have very high standards. Michael goes above and beyond for his customer and exceeds my extremely high standards. Thank you Michael for all your incredibly hard work to coordinate and ensure completion of my roofing project. The crew Michael chose to install my new roof are exceptionally hard working, very polite, and also have attention to detail. The cleanup after the project was perfect. I would have no hesitation in doubling the five-star rating to a 10 star rating if that were an option.

Geo roofers in Phoenix did a super job on roof!! The roof repair that they performed for me was outstanding. They quickly identified the problem and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. The team worked tirelessly to complete the repair in a timely and efficient manner, and the end result was nothing short of excellent.

Pete was on time and took the time to explain how our roofing would go. We’ve been a little hesitant, not sure who we could depend on. He came through with flying colors. Roof was completed on time and looks great!!!
