On Dec. 14 & 15, 2020, TSM replaced our underlayment under the tile roof. Tyler was the company rep that we worked with from start to finish. Their bid was competitive and exact. All of the workers were experienced and courteous. Tyler checked in with us every day. When the job was completed, they made sure everything was clean 100%. We are totally happy with TSM's job and would recommend as well as use them again.

I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

Craig Brown and his crew are amazing!! My house is an older home that had some unusual issues with the roof. When Craig came out to provide me an estimate he took the time to explain the various roofing options, costs, pros and cons for my particular situation. He is very straight forward, honest, trustworthy, and caring. I would certainly use his company again and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Ky-Ko roofing responded immediately to our request for an evaluation and estimate for repair to our roof. Three days earlier, we had called another company recommended by our builder who originally installed our roof, but after two days of getting sent to a voicemail for their scheduler and a promise they would get back to us but never did, we called Ky-Ko. Bruce came out the next day for a first look and finding nothing obvious, he asked if he could send out a tech to do a water test. Oscar came out 2 days later and did a water test, found the problem, took pictures, and was able to get us resolution immediately, We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of both gentlemen and their timely response. Thank you.

Overall this was a great experience. I was a bit bummed that one of the corners of the fascia was not totally lined up and left about 1/4 or so off. Johnny came back out and repaired and then went above and beyond to prime the bare fascia wood too! The roof is beautiful and everyone was so kind and friendly. I provided water to the roofers and they appreciated that. They were nice too!

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

This company took advantage of my Mother who is elderly and disabled. Before she had a chance to research their company and see past projects or see reviews of past customers, before she had a chance to shop around and see what other companies had to offer in comparison to what this company was willing to do, before she was even able to show me the details of this project and how this company was qualified to do the work, they coerced her in to signing an agreement to have them do the work. Initially they told her that the insurance would cover all of the work and seemed willing to accept the amount the insurance approved of to get this project done.
But they lied to her and had her pay $1,000 down, said it was for the insurance deductible. The insurance company paid over $10k and now they are calling her like everyday asking her for more money.
They didn't give her the color shingles she requested and most likely used materials that were discounted or cheaper. They left all sorts of debris all around the house and spilled tar on the side of the house my Mom had to call them back out to the house to clean up.
This company is NOT
ethical in its dealings with senior citizens and
we will never have them do work for us again.

Almeida Roofing was not referred to us but we saw them replace a few roofs in our neighborhood. They were professional, friendly, and responsive. Loved the work they did.

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt for the inspection and the estimate was given to us promptly as well! The office staff was helpful, informative and courteous. The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. BEAUTIFUL WORK and the most stress-free home project we'd ever had done. Look no further....this is the company you want.
