I want to express how pleased I was to have Eddie Cortez as the supervisor in the replacement of my roof.
He and his staff were very thorough, competent, and diligent in there job. Eddie Cortez came everyday to monitor the project and answered my questions and returned my calls which was greatly appreciated. He kept me updated on the progress of the roof which was very reassuring. Thank you again.

Craig Brown and his Crew of Craftsmen at Brown Roofing just took our weathered 36 year old Tile Roof from warped, worn out and sadly in need of repair to a sparkly, shiny and safe haven for us for many years to come.
They replaced old crumbling decking, supports, underlayment, battens and fascia as well as adding new drip panels, bird stops, flashing, etc. Resetting of the old roof tiles and adding in some new ones was an absolute act of artisanry by the Tile Crew. Craig even had our paint matched up and then they touched up all of the new lumber and vents to complete the job. We need to mention that the Crew cleaned the yard up after the end of each work day and even raked the xeriscape gravel for us on the final day.
Even though there were some unforeseen repairs made, our roofing work was completed for the all inclusive price Craig had originally quoted us.

I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

Lyons went above and beyond our expectations. The whole process was painless. The quality of work is excellent. Their people keep you informed every step of the way. A special shout out to Scott (project supervisor), Jorge and Alesio. Could not be happier.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Yesterday a month later, I noticed a loose tile, Devin came by this morning and took care of the tile for me. Really appreciate the service I received. (Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

Dishonest

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!
