Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

We were very pleased with TSM Roofing and the level of customer service and attention to detail when repairing our roof. Tyler and Carolyn were a phone call away to answer questions and very responsive. I would recommend this company if you have any roofing concerns.

After obtaining bids from other roofers, I was delighted to meet with Craig, the owner of Brown Roofing, who impressed me with his knowledge and expertise in the roofing industry. I always appreciate dealing with a self-made businessman from a family-owned operation, who is experienced and goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers, rather than dealing with a corporate giant representative, who may be bouncing from job to job and who foremost is trying to impress his company rather than the customer.

Aside from Craig’s bid as a firm price and the extras he includes that other bidders did not, Craig’s enthusiasm for his projects is undeniable and contagious. I couldn’t wait to see the day-to-day progression of his team’s work. Not to mention, they were all friendly and seemed to share in Craig’s enthusiasm and pride in what they do.

One morning, the first worker at my house was touching up the stucco around the chimney. I never saw anyone sitting around doing nothing. It was an efficient and effective crew.

It seems like Craig believes that just about everything above the fascia boards is his to repair, replace, or repaint. My fascia boards that were rotting out were replaced and repainted, as was my rain gutter where needed…all included in his initial price! Everything looks fresh and new.
One week after completion, we experienced two days of rain from Tropical Storm Rosa. Since we had the two layers of underlayment under the tile, we couldn’t even hear when it first started lightly raining. Once it came down heavy, we noted that the water was draining everywhere it was supposed to be draining off the roof and patio roof. Perfect timing to see what a great job this team did!

I just needed to redo my original roll roofing over the back porch so they put foam on. They were very fast and efficient when they worked on it. They covered all my backyard furniture to protect it. They took pictures to show me how things were going so I didn't have to climb up myself.
When they came out originally for the inspection, they found some broken tiles and offered to replace them with some spares I had from when the house was built at no charge.

No one wants to put a new roof on their house and we were no different.
I contacted several roofing companies and finally decided on Lyon's. Why? Because, of their reputation, their professionalism, and I liked the way they presented their products and warranties.

When they started my job their crew was on time and got to work quickly. The job manager kept me in the loop every day and throughout the day as things came about. When you have an older house you expect things that need to be done, it's just part of it. The job manager would bring any issue to me and tell me what needed to be done and the cost as well. Not to mention I went on the roof and saw for myself. So that way I knew I wasn't being fleeced. We truly expected to have things replaced given the age of the roof.

During the demo and replacement of my roof, my neighbors would come over and comment on how fast they got the old roof on and the new one on. They were truly impressed. So were we!!

When the job was completed they came by for another walk-through, yes, I did get on the roof again, everything was perfect. If there was anything to question or change, they were right there to make it right. They were a bit more expensive from many of the others, but you always get what you pay for. We have been extremely happy with the job that Lyon's did and would recommend them highly. The warranty is fantastic and we won't have to worry about our roof again.

I highly recommend Almeida Roofing. Our roof was damaged by the moonsoon season. They gave a desirable bid, job was scheduled pomptly and they were always on time. Professional staff and really good product! They replaced all of the rotten wood and installed new quality shingles and our roof looks great! Great company to work with!

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I spoke with Jack yesterday. I really appreciate he took the time to answer some of my general roofing questions and provided much knowledge and insight regarding proper installation.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

For my twenty five year old tile roof, Reimagine Roofing had very competitive estimates within my price range and offered some of the best materials and warranty in my opinion. Derek at Reimagine helped me through the process and answered all of my questions about having my roof replaced with new synthetic underlayment. He kept me updated on the operation and made it a pleasant experience working with Reimagine Roofing. The team who came out and tackled our tile job in the summer heat were relentless and skilled. I am impressed by all at Reimagine Roofing and have already recommended them to some of my neighbors and co-workers.
