My husband came for a job oppurtunity.

I've used Renco for years, and they do amazing work. They're honest, reliable, and dependable. They return phone calls promptly and on this last visit it was a quick repair and they didn't even charge me for the visit.

I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If you have roof issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig Brown recently. Craig went out of his way to work with my schedule last minute. He was professional, courteous and completed the necessary work flawlessly. It is nice to work with a company that puts customer satisfaction as a priority. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Quality and Peace of Mind.

Worked surprisingly fast. Crew was friendly. Covered neighborhood cards as they sprayed.

They saved the day. Took care of some tiles at a market reasonable rate.

Had our roof installed in a timely manner, workers went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their roof done.

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

Great friendly service

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Clearly a company that is run with integrity. Jack's experience and knowledge is obvious, but what was most impressive was the communication and attention to detail in every aspect. The work was done well and on time. There is no doubt that Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling was the right call.

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

Thanks to Ryan, James, Joe, Sam and Jairo for their reliability, honesty, and integrity. The roof was a challenge and was completed by the entire crew. Always on time, kept us informed, and worked through several of the hottest days. Our complements to the owners for choosing a qualified crew that worked together for a satisfied result.

I like the people and work ethic of Capstone. Bill responds to my needs and that is good. I believe that I will be using them for the roof of my home for as long as I own the house. The roof quality will be passed onto another and I am confident the quality will continue.
