As a Realtor I have quite the selection of roofers to choose from, so I hope reading this helps clarify your decision. I've had multiple roof bids from Apple Roofing (Kevin) and they have always been extremely competitive. Kevin did a job for me in Scottsdale, was on time, communicative, and very reasonably priced.

My grandma had a mesquite tree brushing up against her roof, causing about 20 shingles to be damaged. I text Kevin, he gave me a bid & was on the roof and completed the repair within 5 days. I needed a roof for my new patio, 24x14 feet. After a long researching process for a good and affordable roofing company, I was like I cannot do this, I'm done. One company asked me crazy money, another one was impossible to set an appointment.
One night I was surfing the web totally discouraged and I visited the Apple Roofing website. I thought let me have a quotation, let's try these guys.
The morning after, Jake Ryan, their representative, called me and in a really professional and friendly manner (I'm Italian, I had to ask him to speak slowly and clearly!) talked to me about Apple Roofing. In 5 minutes, he sent me the quote, half the price of the other competitors, the day after he came over to my house to see the job and guess what, he confirmed the price he told me before + 10 yrs warranty.
I immediately signed the contract, left the down-payment and in less than 2 weeks (they needed to match the color of the roof) Apple Roofing came to my house and did the job in 3 or 4 hours maybe.
Their guy Jake then came to inspect the job and personally took care of fixing a very little imperfection. On the other hand, that's why they do the final inspection!
So guys, in this nowadays jungle where everyone tries to take advantage of you, you can rely on Apple Roofing and their representative Jake Ryan.

Kevin Bowland with Apple Roofing has come to our rescue! We had an absolutely terrible experience with a local general contractor who completely botched a roof extension for us. Kevin came out immediately to inspect, provide a bid for the work and get us scheduled on our time. With us having to mitigate multiple facets of the previously botched work we are unable to have the roof repaired safely so Kevin in order to prevent anymore damage to our home came out and tarped and sealed down the extension for now to get us thru any rainfall. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding! I will not go to anyone else for future roofing needs! Thank you Kevin for your exceptional service!!

Jake went above and beyond my expectations. He took pictures of my roof and explained what I was seeing. He also helped me locate a bank that would take my loan request - one that I could afford and then helped me answer their questions, took pictures of documents that they were requesting. I also have pictures of how my roof looks now and I am more than pleased.

Kevin Bowland of Apple Roofing in AZ is the best! Responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He performs thorough roof inspections, and explains/reports his findings with photos as well. He has very reasonable prices and does high quality work/repairs. On top if that....he’s such a nice guy and you can tell he cares about his customers getting honest, trustworthy service. Tom W inspected my roof for damage after several storms caused some tiles to fall off the roof. He found some areas that had shifted and water was able to get beneath the tiles. He promised work would be started within two weeks and it was. Employees were hard working and polite. A pleasure to do business with.

Update - Martin went Mia, said he would show up never did, I called another company to cover a second leak. He called the next day said he was really busy. That’s what a phone is for, said he would send an estimate and never did - that was a month ago?? Don’t waste your time

If how they operate their vehicles on the highway (speeding, changing lanes without a blinker while on an elevated curve) is any indication of their work or ethics, I would avoid.

Should have went elsewhere. At first we were happy with the company. But that was short lived. Got a completely new roof amongst a bunch of other things costing us roughly $20,000. But come the first decent rain and wind storm since install and the roof leaks. We requested that someone come take a look as it was leaking pretty decent through on of our newly remodeled bathrooms A/C vents damaging the ceiling We were told that it was due to the A/C, which was false as I had just had my A/C system inspected prior. Brandon had his guys patch some spot with tar on the roof and said it was good to go, ran water on the roof which then caused it to leak even more through another A/C vent causing even more ceiling damage. We requested that they return and re inspect. Mean while they are declining that this leak is caused by the roof and denying responsibility. Which makes zero sense. How is it that my roof that you just rebuilt is leaking and that isn’t your fault or are not willing to work with us. There is a decent amount of moisture in my drywall at this point which can grow mold and seeing as one the damaged and moist areas is right where the inlet for my A/C is all of that mold will be spread through the house and into my wife’s elderly grandmothers area. This issue has being going on for a couple weeks now and still have gone nowhere. We have called Kevin who is a manager and he plays it like it’s no big deal and we have zero luck getting ahold of Brandon who was the project manger. Good luck to anyone else who goes through this company and has any issues. They won’t take any responsibility and own up to anything let alone fix it.

Brandon with Apple Roofing was a pleasure to work with, so friendly and very knowledgeable in his field! From first contact my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Brandon responded quickly to our initial call, inspected our roof, found the leak and gave us an affordable, total roof replacement quote.
The guys carefully tarped our pool and surrounding areas to keep nails and other debris out which was much appreciated!
In just a matter of a couple days Brandon and his hard working crew had our roof completed and our minds at ease! They were very meticulous in their cleanup as well, going over our front and back yard making sure no tacks, nails etc were left behind.
This was the first time we have ever needed to use a roofing company but if we ever have cause again (with a different house of course!) we will definitely be calling Brandon with Apple Roofing!
