Best Attic Venting Installation in Phoenix AZ

Called for an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Agreed to meet between noon and 1pm and even offered to give me a 30 minute heads up call so I knew when to leave work. Day of the visit and I leave work to be home at noon and I see the Scott Roofing truck driving away from my house at 12:06 as I'm about a block away. No warning phone call, no phone call to say they were at my house. I called their phone number and I was forwarded to Maggie 's voicemail to reschedule my estimate. I don't feel like they want my business at all.

Follow up: I had called and requested a reschedule and they haven't returned my call in over 2 business days.

I’ve been a handy man for years doing roof, paint and drywall repairs. When some branches came down from my tree and damaged the roof this summer the insurance agreed to pay for the replacement. Typically I’d do it myself but I don’t have the energy I did decades ago. These guys had a crew show up at 6 am and they were done by 6pm. In 110 degree weather that’s no small feat. I couldn’t have been more impressed and they did a good clean up. My only complaint was at a bush that got trampled during the process but they had a landscaper come the next day and replace it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again although in my 60s now hopefully I’ll never need another roof!

From the owner, to the management and sales team to the amazingly hard working delightful crew, the entire removal of our aged house shingles with the replacement of new shingles, this was a 10 Star ? Experience. Five Stars ? just isn't enough ??

Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done. Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly. Definitely a company with integrity, quality workmanship, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Reviews are written for very good service or very poor service, this is for poor service.
We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

Eddie was outstanding in following up when we ran into a supply problem with obtaining the HOA approved tile. Had his people finish up the job on a weekend rather than waiting around to finish.

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days.
After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule.

Patterson Roofing was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company as well which was a big help. The cost was very reasonable and they did amazing work. The workers were respectful of my tons of plants which was much appreciated because I know that they have a job to do. Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I'm sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof...other roofers wouldn't even give us a quote because they wouldn't touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn't have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The most dishonest and unprofessional company... Don't even think about working with them. They ruined our roof, we had to hire experts to file a complaint. They are thieves. We had to rip out everything they did and redo the entire roof, it cost us double. Do yourselves a huge favor.. run a way.

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

Good and efficient work

1. They said the job would take one day. So far it’s been two and the job isn’t done. They canceled the first day because they said their equipment was faulty. They rescheduled and had to cancel again because of rain... and now the job isn’t even done and they’ve been here multiple days.
2. This is our second night without air conditioning in Phoenix. They unhooked the A/C unit to spray under it and when they moved it back it didn’t work. Instead of remedying the situation, it’s now going on two days (and nights) without air.
3. They left trash all over the yard and sent some random person to come pick up his trailer that he was letting “Joel” borrow... it wasn’t even the company’s trailer. ??? There’s still a huge piece of plywood in our driveway.
4. I just bought brand new patio furniture and apparently they didn't think to tell me the polyurethane spray would get everywhere- so now it’s covered in little white dots.

This has been a really awful experience. I hope the roof doesn’t leak. LOL We shall see come monsoons.

We unfortunately had no choice in which roofing company re-did the roof as our landlord chose.

Update: the roof is now completed. Kyle, the spray foam guy, was the only professional guy I talked to. He was helpful and answered my questions.
