It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

They are very professional, communicative and provide great workmanship ans customer service. Would highly recommend and will continue to work with this company.

I had a roof put in 2 years ago. They did a great job, it was more complex than they anticipated, took a little more time than first expected, but the result was great. I'm writing this 2 years later because I did have a few small issues, which they repaired free of charge within the same week I called them. Very pleased.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

This is a good company. The crew that installed our new metal roof was respectful and well-mannered in every one of our interactions, and they answered questions and communicated their schedule regularly. They did a thorough job, and clearly took pride in their work as we walked around to examine the finished product. Then they texted some nice pictures of it! They were very good at removing metal scraps and pieces of shingles when they were done. (We've had other work crews on our property in the past that didn't do a very good job with cleanup.) And what else can you say about a 50 yr guarantee?! Definitely recommend.

John and his team are great to work with! They got our project done ahead of schedule and at a fair price. The quality of their work is good. They were honest about another job that I was interested in having done, telling us that it didn't really need to be done for 10+ years. I will without question, go to them again for future Roofing projects.

We needed to have our roof underlayment replaced before we could install solar panels, and they came out and removed all the tiles, replaced the tar paper with an improved underlayment, replaced all of the tiles, and did it all in two days. We were impressed with their hard work and quick replacement time, as well as the quality of their work. We heartily recommend them and their work.
