Jeff was always accessible during the whole project. He was always a phone call away. He really delivered when the project was going on. After it was all done last year he stood behind all the small stuff. I would highly recommend them.

I had the underlayment of my room replaced (the regular 20 year maintenance). From quote to installment KyKo Roofing was professional to deal with. The guys accidentally broke a window (something slid off the roof and hit it); the project manager let me know right away and checked in with me periodically as I got it and the screen replaced. They promptly reimbursed me, even hand delivering me a check. They were punctual, tidy and worked with me and my solar company. The final product look nice and updated. I am happy with how everything turned out.

I am very pleased with the roof underlayment replacement that was done on my tile roof. Everything from the initial inspection, quote, roof work itself, and final inspection was first class. It took four workers five days of very hard work to complete the job (2600 sq ft house). I kept a very close eye on them and was extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely use again if needed.

Office staff responded very quickly and sent out Dan. Dan advised me that we should meet with the insurance adjuster. It was that advise that brought about complete coverage of the damages including depreciation. Dan helped with each little problem I’ve brought to him including cleaning up what the installer left behind including fishing shingles out of my pool. I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

Parking. Your wrapped vehicles have been parking in no parking zones along Creston in Mesa for 3 straight days now. The residents of the apartments you are blocking cant see the road when they are attempting to pull out because your trucks are illegally parked.

John and the entire team are FANTASTIC! Everyone there is extremely professional, thorough, and hard working. We had them install porch roof. They came out better than we could have imagined! We keep getting compliments from all of our neighbors. We liked working with them so much that we are going to have them do our farmhouse roof next. We highly recommend them!

A neighbor of mine contacted GEO concerning some roof tiles that had come off her roof during a storm earlier this year. She contacted GEO to have them look at the roof and quote on the job. Mike, from GEO, came out and after replacing the tiles indicated that there would not be a charge and that he would generate a quote to perform a permanent repair due to some damaged underlayment. I was very impressed by Mike’s professionalism, care to detail and thoughtfulness on consider the cost for an 87 year old customer. I relayed the story to another neighbor he immediately wanted to know if I had a spare GEO business card. I will strongly consider GEO if I need a roof repair and when it is time to replace my roof.
