I can't say enough about Phoenix Roofing and Repair! We had brought in another company in the summer after a roof leak. When the first company completed the job, the roof leaked even more. After fighting with them for over a month, I brought out Phoenix Roofing for a second opinion. Jesse spent two hours on the roof taking tiles apart and locating the issues. He came down with many pictures and solutions. Phoenix Roofing is very reasonable and did an amazing, neat, beautiful job on our roof. There are no more leaks, and I can finally rest easy again!

After a monsoon storm, we noticed a few roof tiles broken so we reached out to TSM roofing and Dustin got back to us in a very timely manner. He was very professional and he got someone out to us within the week. Thank you Dustin for your awesome customer service! Definitely recommend TSM to my friends just because of Dustin.

Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

Omar did an excellent job, was polite and competent, and John was helpful and kind over the phone.

Nick Dillon ( field manager) and Alex, along with there crew did a great job in replacing the underpayment on our tile roof. The crew which included Vince, worked diligently and cleaned up nightly before they left. Nick would check in daily with his crew to see if they needed anything and with us to see if we had any questions or concerns.
Reimagine Roofing did a superb job for us and our neighbors agree by asking for inspections and quotes. I would highly recommend them. And the owner is a Marine veteran. Semper Fi.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

I recently moved into my new home and during the first rain we had a roof leak in our kitchen. I called Jack the Roofer at 8:00am and they had a inspector out there in a couple of hours and the repair was completed by 3:00pm the Same Day. Great customer service too. They called me three separate times to first confirm the location in the house where the leak was, second to let me know they had been out my home and to have me authorize the repair and third to let me know the repair had been completed. I went on the roof when I got home and found the repair to be done very well and they even patched a 2nd area as a courtesy they said may be a problem in the future. Great roofer, would recommend to anyone.
