My experience with Mighty Bee was overall frustrating, and as a result of their work we lost a month of solar generation because they turned it off and never turned it back on again.

The owner is hard of hearing and doesn't have a hearing aid. Every time we talked to him we needed to do it loud and then still he'd misunderstand until we explained twice more.

His diagnostic abilities are also sub-par. I'm not an electrician, but I was able to figure out what we were looking at and how to fix the issue before he did, and it took explaining the situation three times before he reluctantly agreed to do what I requested. It didn't seem like he ever believed me, but I proved to be correct.

Then they installed the wrong kind of breaker in a panel--a 50amp breaker where it was supposed to be 20amp--which is a really, really dangerous fire hazard. Luckily I noticed it and they replaced it, but that hardly inspired confidence.

During the indoor work we asked them to wear masks. The owner grumbled about the masks and made continuing snide comments about how masks don't work. Actually, they do, or you wouldn't have seen them on all medical workers for the past hundred years or so, but I digress...

Finally, after their work was complete, I discovered that one of the circuits they had modified had no power. It took another couple of days and then they came out and fixed that.

And just today we discovered that our solar wasn't generating. At all. They turned it off and left it off.

One or two of the above complaints and I would have let it slide. With this many things wrong with their visit, though, this was a disaster. Their pricing was decent for the work, but not worth the hassle and close management required to prevent serious problems.

Do not recommend.

Cancelled on me twice.

We recently purchased our first Tesla and needed a home charging until installed. We contacted several local companies from the list provided on the Tesla website. All the electrical contractors we reached out to did respond and provided quotes. Dutch Creek Electric however went above and beyond with regard to their customer service compared to the other companies. Within a hour or two from submitting our request online we received a personal telephone call inquiring about our job request and asking additional questions to make sure everything was understood. They were very accommodating with working with our schedule to complete the job in a very timely manner. Their quote was very fair priced and they were very thorough in the explanation of the work top be performed, especially since we had very limited knowledge of the process. The day of the install the two gentlemen (Josh and Enrique) sent to complete the work were on time and very friendly. They even called before hand to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were both very courteous and did a fantastic job with the installation. When complete they cleaned up after themselves so well, my garage was cleaner then when they got there. I would highly recommend Dutch Creek Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work done and I will use them in the future for any projects that u might have.

Mark did a furnace inspection. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and answered my questions.

I used Dr. Fix It for my plumbing and they did such a great job that i decided to use them for some electrical issues I was having. Tim came out and fixed dome breakers in the panel box, some outside security lights, and a few outlets. He was quick and thorough and pointed out a few more things that I should pay attention to over the long term. The price was really fair too! Thanks again Tim I really appreciate your expertise and thanks Dr. Fix It, I'm glad to have company like you around where I can get a lot of my house-hold systems fixed all at one place.

If I could give negative stars I would have. Scheduled an appointment for 4-6. At 545 received a call to reschedule for 6-8. Then at 745 they called to say, sorry you have to reschedule for another day. No thanks, you've already wasted enough of my time.

Great! I had a leg of my electric service fail. They came the next morning and located the underground fault . They had to repair all 3 lines. Unfortunately it failed again the next month. That time they were booked up for a week and I had no power (and no water because we have well water). I found another contractor (All Season Electric) and Genesis took care of the bill. Awesome service, super reasonable rates (Plumbline wanted more than 3 times what either of these companies wanted)

AAA scheduled our appointment very promptly. The plumber, Larry Barela, arrived on time and was friendly. He listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions. Larry diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue. He throughly explained how to avoid problem in the future and how to use maintain our pipes.I definitely will recommend AAA to my friends and neighbors.

We called for service and they had the same day appointment. Andrei did a great job of quickly fixing a leaking garbage disposal.
