My schedule changed on the day of my appointment so I called to adjust my time and they were really nice and helpful. The techs that came out were kind and courteous. Maybe the last honest plumber. Stay away from the big companies. This guy saved me several hundred dollars compared to plumb pros and applewood.

Prior to contacting Paul, we had another plumbing company out to our home 4-5 different times over the course of a week and a half and the issues just continued to happen! Finally the manager of that company explained the problem was a lot larger then they were comfortable dealing with and advised me to look for a different plumber. I called all the local plumbers I could find on Google and Paul was the only one willing to come out on a Saturday. Within 2 hours of my initial call, Paul was at my home and unclogged the pipes within 20 mins. Later that evening Paul, text me just to see if we were having any other issues and we were not. The next morning, which was not only a Sunday but just so happen to be Halloween, we had another back up! I text Paul and he immediately called me. I explained the issue and he was able to come back to my home within hours! He spent the next 3-4 hours of his Sunday afternoon at our home and did ALOT of work including cutting into and adding a blowout to the mainline of the house! Today is Thursday and everything is still working better than it did before! Not only was Paul able to fix what the other company couldn't, he did it far faster and far more efficiently. On top of all that, Paul has to be one of the kindest plumbers on the planet! After going through everything we did, he understood our frustration and ensured me he would fix this, which he did! I will definitely keep his info around. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!!

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door.
