I've had two services done by Heart in the past two weeks. Both have been fantastic and really well done. Jamie's installation and repair of our swamp cooler was perfect. Corey's installation of our new electrical panel turned out perfect. Very happy with the services as a new homeowner by Heart.

Andrew the technician was courteous and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong with fan motor to prove why he was replacing it. We need more companies like this one.

Justin and his employee, who upgraded my house to 150 amp service, were professional and went above and beyond in their services. They got the job done in a timely manner, and didn’t stop until it was finished. I felt the prices were very reasonable, especially given recent circumstances. Justin is also extremely knowledgeable in many areas and provided a lot of education and recommendations. They are very kind and trustworthy.

8/30/21: Mark was arrived at the expected time and was very polite and efficient in servicing our furnace. He always used shoe coverings in the house and wore a mask. He explained what he did and what was wrong so we understood the services provided. We always use Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues.Jeremy was polite and efficient in cleaning our AC condenser and gave me a few tips on minor cleanup that I can do myself. We always use Brothers for our cleaning, maintenance and repair.I had the AC and furnace checkout to insure normal operation during the summer when AC usage is the highest. The service technician Shantel arrived ontime and was pleasant and efficient.I took advantage of a A/C and furnace start up special and also agreed to a full cleaning.Jeff, the service technician, did a great job. He was neat and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring service.We also had a water heater replacement from this same company 2 years ago and are happy with the neatness and quality of the work - perfect solder joints.We had a kitchen sink faucet that would not work (no water). We bought a new Delta faucet and called Brothers to schedule a appointment for installation. They arrived in the time window that was committed and replaced both the worn out shutoff valves and the broken faucet. They did a great job and I would use Brothers again for any future plumbing issues.Andrew did a great job diagnosing our AC problem. He was very professional and professional.7/20/22 As part of our Brothers Home Care Club membership, Mark performed an annual checkup/cleaning of our home A/C. He arrived as scheduled and completed the servicing. He was neat, professional and had a pleasant attitude. We have used Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues previously and have always been happy with their work.3/13/23 Conner arrived on time and diagnosed the clogged drain issue with the washing machine discharge and sewer pipe. Cleaned out pipe and discharge now works without water overflow. He cleaned up and left the laundry area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. Thanks Conner.6/23/2023 AC was not working correctly as air was not cool enough. Ryan diagnosed the problem to be a defective capacitor. He replaced it and also conducted a cleanup of the entire AC system since I am a club member. He was ontime, efficient and always installed plastic shoe protectors when coming into the house. I am very satisfied with his service.

Andrei came out to install a new water filter. (Andrei has been here a few weeks earlier for another issue.) In the process he pointed out some potential problems that he could help to improve. He did everything he was asked. When he was done and the new unit was plugged into an electrical outlet we discovered there was an electrical issue such that the water filter would not work. He called his office and had a plumber come out within about an hour. The plumber, Brian, arrived and put in an additional electrical outlet AT NO CHARGE! Both Andrei and Brian do excellent work. Dr. Fix It is a very good company, first rate, and so glad that I can rely on their high quality work. Thanks.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Each time I worked with different guys at Aaark and they are all professionals that do the job right. Thanks to Titus, Julio, Junior, Brian, Dustin, Jake and everyone else. Appreciate it guys!

Updated in 2022: Great service once again from AAA for our plumbing needs! Damian Martinez was professional, prompt, personable, friendly, and very thorough with our situation -- a mystery back-up. He explored several options and checked in with me throughout the process. Very nice to work with! He also shared that enjoys his job a lot -- and it shows.From 2020: We have always had a quick response to our plumbing needs! Professional and thorough service, and the price is always more than fair.

The house we purchased has an old boiler for heating and the boiler needed serviced. Servicing the boiler has given it more years to its life. Very happy that that has been taken care of. The young man was very proficient, and very pleased with his work.

Omar was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the issues with my furnace in a way I could understand. He was very conscientious and I am so comfortable now knowing that the problems with my furnace have been resolved. On my next service call I will definitely be requesting Omar.

Brandon came out to give me an estimate. He was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He was not pushy at all. I really appreciate the time he spent explainingall the details about the options available to me.
