Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Usually have good experience. This time the original tech wasn’t able to complete job, Harold to obtain another part. Called multiple times to reschedule, finally got someone out but no one had informed him what we were needing work on or that the part was still needed.

Gilbert was quick to respond and his pricing was extremely reasonable. On the day of the install, the sink we purchased was barely too big to fit into the countertop. Gilbert and his son got creative, made everything work in the end, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Quality Plumbing more if you're in the neighborhood.

WHE provided an immediate response to my online inquiry and set me up with a next day appointment. They explained the issue, step-by-step, and needed repairs. They explained the problem and suggested repairs; additionally, they explained items that could wait to a later time, as they were not imperative to the current issue and were outside of my budget at this time. Their work was fast, clean, and the cost was exactly as promised, with no additional charges at the end. I absolutely use them again!

They come to the home to quote without charge if you decide to go elsewhere. Their estimate was right around what I was expecting to pay, even a little cheaper than other quotes i received.
They even were able to give me a quote and options for a future project I am wanting to do.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on appointment timing at first, but rescheduled for first in the morning and had no problems :)

My home warranty company sent Dam Good Plumbing to my rental property to look at a leak from the garbage disposal and a leaking pipe. Spoke to owner Jacki and she said her technician would come. He came and looked at the issues. Plumber needed to submit needed repairs to the warranty company for approval. I paid the service fee.
Next day Jacki texted me to say repair was approved and they would contact tenant to go that day to make repairs.
Dam Good Plumbing never called or made appointment to fix repairs.
Repeated calls and texts to Jackie went unanswered. I contacted warranty company and they can't get get a response either! I don't get it. She seemed so nice and helpful at first....Now I need to find another company, hopefully someone with integrity and good customer service.
