Arrived on time to replace two sinks. I supplied the sinks and valve kits. Nice guys! Once they pulled out the lap top, stories of travel charges, fuel and more came up, like the higher price first and then this reduced price of $2100,00+. So much for fair pricing for a simple job. I had two other offers, $378, $450.
FYI.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Barely passable as a plumbing company. No consideration for cleaning up, left a mess behind. Did not properly install the water heater and had continually lost items during the install. Would not recommend.

Solid work, good group of guys doing the work. Installed gas line to my garage for heaters, did a nice job for a great price. Would definitely use again.

My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner’s insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were). If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

I keep getting water in my basement and I needed to know what was going on and I am so glad that I had these guys come out it was I think they were a 5 star company I had to pay them myself because I don't have insurance but it was well worth it.

So happy about this place! We had an emergency plumbing issue and called 8 companies who all told us no one was available. I called Roto Rooter and the person on the phone was so helpful and dispatched someone within 45 minutes.Cole Jensen was the tech who came out and he was WONDERFUL! He was thorough, kind and gave us options and suggestions. The water heater was the issue so he told us they were under warranty and we would likely save $$ if we had the same company who installed the water heater, come back and do the labor. He did not HAVE to do that! Many companies would have opted to take the $$. And, the service call price of $99 is less than all the other companies we called.I highly recommend dealing with this company!!!Jane Ruff

Brian, Robert, and the supervisor Steve all did an excellent job of helping to resolve my flooded basement. They quickly got to work and were happy to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of a quality plumbing and water clean up company.

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

I use Plumbline often and they are always very professional. Today, Bill the plumber came out to fix my valve to my sprinkler system. He did a great job and even went above and beyond. He found a leak unrelated to the repair he was performing and called the city water system to get immediate assistance from them since it was their system. He stayed an extra hour after he completed the job to help see that the other repair was initiated. I’m really satisfied with Plumbline.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.
