We found Heart Heating and Cooling by chance (or was it!?!) and have been thrilled with their service, expertise, and attention to detail. Steven Roos is truly a craftsman and his installation of our new ductless split air unit was perfect. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we would trust any of our needs to him and Heart again - and will be in the future!Using Heart again to take care of plumbing needs! Mark Sangar did a great job replacing an outdoor faucet, changing a pressure regulator snd the main water line shutoff valve . No worries on my mind anymore!Third time was as good as the first two! Corey Hankins did a thorough evaluation of our electrical needs and brought our home up to code in the major systems, and then was willing to share how we could do some minor updating ourselves to save some money! We can rest assured our home is safe.Roberto Prestamo serviced our mini split air unit today and was very instructive as to it’s regular care. It’s always helpful for me to see someone do a task so I can follow-up correctly. As with all the Heart techs Roberto was well-versed in his trade, professional, respectful and friendly. Thank you once again!

Hector was so nice and helpful. He took the time to address the problem and even talked to my husband over the phone. He let me ask a ton of questions and narrowed down exactly what we needed. All on a Monday night at 730pm. I will ask for him every time now.

Quoted me a fraction of what 2 or 3 other shops did. Those places were overcharging me and I knew it, so when I got a good quote from Dutch Creek I was relieved. Their tech was on time, respectful, FAST, and he also explained the work to me and made sure I was happy. Highly recommend!

Kenny office staff write all of those reviews. Their pay is not competitive at all extremely clicky work environment. Almost no licensed journeyman. For being such a big contractor their lack of knowledge is surprising. Bordering on scary.

I have now had Jeff at my residence 3 times in just a matter of weeks. He initially came out to perform a whole house plumbing check, and found my kitchen faucet leaking. He wrote a quote to have that replaced along with a new disposal as it was at the end of its life and making noise. He wrote another quote for toilet removals and new installations at my request. Another quote was for a new water heater that is functional, but years past its expected end of life. I requested Jeff to come back out for the kitchen faucet and disposal replacement which he completed quickly and cleanly, and they both work great! I made another appoint requesting him for new toilet installations which he completed today. He was extremely efficient and professional, as in previous appointments. I will be requesting him in the near future to get the water heater replaced. Love Brothers and all of the staff and technicians. Everyone is helpful and wonderful to work with!

After researching a number of companies I scheduled service with Doctor Fix-It. They were booked for a few weeks but we were willing to wait. The day before our appointment I got a text notification saying that they would be out to our home the following day for service and to call with any questions. I called to ask if they could offer additional services and I was told that they would not be coming out and the soonest they could come was nearly one month later on New Years Eve. Apparently this was because they were servicing other customers, instead. Incredibly frustrating given that we have now wasted time waiting for this appointment when we could be awaiting service from another company. Our furnace needs work and the air quality in our home will continue to be poor as a result of this delay. We are taking our business elsewhere in hopes that we can get the service we need for our home sooner. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a new HVAC servicer that will be prompt in notifying you of scheduling issues and honor appointments they have made. We are thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

I've had Great Guys out 2 times and have had a great experience both times. Brian was on time, responsive, and gave me options moving forward with repairs without trying to push anything. I would highly recommend them.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!

These guys did a phenomenal job on my electrical during my basement finishing project. They added several new circuits for my basement including built in entertainment stand and recessed ceiling lighting. Everything came out amazing to Code and passed inspection first try. Will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

The air conditioner breaking in the middle of July heat is never a fun experience, but I am thankful for Austin Hinkle and Cameron with AAA Plumbing, Heating and Electric. They did an amazing job supporting us in looking through all of our options, as well as providing us with the knowledge and expertise to make the most informed decision. I am so thankful they were there to help us!

A performance inspection of my air conditioning system revealed a new system was necessary. After an interview with representatives of the the company, I had some reservations in regard to the quote and information about actual scope of the work and inspections and follow up. Ratings and reputation of this company was good, so despite a feeling of uneasiness I was going to enter a contact. Later my daughter came over and I mentioned the experience to her. She was surprised at the overall cost. She told me tipping hat did the same type work at her home and she highly recommend them. I had an appointment the same day with Kodiak. He worked up a proposal that was very attractive and he was able to do some negotiating on the overall cost. The next day a highly professional and qualified team arrived to accomplish the task. Gabe and Detlef did a perfect job and finished on time, before the team left two certified electricians arrived and completed the hook up ..Nick and Chris did a complete function of the electrical. FIVE stars

Carlos and Luis were incredibly personable, very professional, and did their best to diagnose my problem with my AC unit today on 9/21/22. Carlos has been in the industry for 7 years, and his experience shows beautifully. They were able to find the problem with my (painfully outdated) unit and have it in working order within 30 minutes of their arrival. Carlos did everything he could to ensure he was operating within my best interes. Will definitely be subscribing to the yearly package to save on the services golden west provides.
