Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. Polite, professional, thorough, I can’t find enough adjectives for these guys. Go to team from now on.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. We used Tipping Hat 2 years ago for a new furnace and they were amazing so when my toilets all cracked Tipping Hat was the 1st company I called. They are so friendly and came out the very next day and also looked at my yard issue to confirm it’s not my sewer but the sprinkler system. Huge relief!!!!! They’re coming back tomorrow with the new toilets. I can’t say enough good things about Tipping Hat and all of their employees. They are outstanding and we will never use anyone else!!

I have been a customer of Swan for 5 years. I moved into a house that had a 30 year old furnace and air conditioning unit which were original to the home. They replaced them both with modern high efficiency equipment that has been great! I also had them come out and install a whole house humidifier last year. The equipment they sell is top notch, their service technicians are professional, polite, and good at their jobs, and Swan stands behind everything that they sell. I recently had a component of the furnace fail and they were out here the same day to take care of the issue - under warranty. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Ben and Brandon were awesome! I previously had another electrician out to fix the problem and he couldn't figure it out. Ben and Brandon showed up and no joke within 30 minutes had power to 6 outlets restored and a few minutes more my fan was up and running again. I have exceptional customer service from Anthony with Golden West Plumbing, Heating & Air conditioning. He was informative, friendly and clearly explained the problems with our AC. We appreciated how he presented our options for next steps and provided a detailed report that was emailed to us. We liked how Anthony carefully explained the benefits of regular annual maintenance for our AC and furnace. We look forward to working with Golden West again for our regular maintenance and additional service options.
