Best Heating Installation in Denver CO

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided a accurate estimate and completed the work professionally and on time. We where very happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone.

Definitely have dealt with this company enough to know they care. There have been issues at my house from swamp cooler to the boiler.Mitch, Preston,Tisha, Ana all stepped up when difficult timing and schedule conflicts existed for unforeseen reasons.After everything there new policy and service will have you coming back, but the people will make you smile knowing that you are in good hands. Definitely 5 stars and will be using them again.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

Michael Lombritto came to give an estimate on cleaning or repairing our furnace and air conditioning unit. In the end we have decided to possibly replace both units. Michael was never pushy one way or the other! Said he would never tell us how to spend our money, that’s it’s our decision how we wanted to proceed, he was here to inform us about our units. This was so completely refreshing, No high sales pressure. Michael was extremely knowledgeable in everything he explained to us about our units. I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

We originally had a mini split installed incorrectly by another company. Great Guys worked directly with the manufacturer to properly install the unit. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They instilled confidence not only with the installation but also with their honesty and integrity. They presented us with all the cost effective options. We plan to use them for all our HVAC needs and highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from first call, to finished work. Technician work efficiently and kept me informed on his progress. Dispatch contacted me for early arrival OK, technician was on time with the new schedule.

Everyone was friendly on the phone and the tech showed up at scheduled time but it was about $270 to replace two GFCI receptacles which is pretty high for a $10 part and probably 20 minutes of labor per part.

They are second to none, by far the best electricians out there! Marshall helped relocate some switches and upgraded our breaker box. He was very easy to work with, listened to my needs and the end result exceeded my expectations. He has a ton of knowledge ready to share! Do not look anywhere else for help on your electrical projects!

I had outstanding service on an issue I had with circuit breakers tripping in our finished basement. The gentlemen took the time to thoroughly test what was causing the issue, explaining what he was looking for and seeing. He fixed the issue quickly in the best way I could hope for. He was very professional and the service fee was very reasonable. Excellent electrician!

Texted before he arrived, prompt. Super professional and polite. Replaced a plate over an open electrical switch without even asking (and without charging). Got a tough job done quickly. Just overall excellent, polite, and effective service. Will not look further for another electrician!

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.
